The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on a broad range of employment matters, including employment-related aspects of corporate transactions, drafting employment, separation, and restrictive covenant agreements, and providing day-to-day counseling on workplace issues.

Experience with labor & employment litigation and M&A-related diligence is preferred.

Strong academic credentials and prior large law firm experience are required.
