We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the growing Commerce team as a Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing Sr. Associates & Associates and supporting in the development, planning, buying, executing and measuring media plans for designated shopper/commerce media clients. The Commerce team is a specialty group that focuses on the planning, buying, execution and measurement of Commerce media. Commerce media is any specific media elements that are retailer focused/tagged. Retail Media Knowledge


o Knowledge of multiple retail media networks & their platforms, may include Amazon, Walmart, Roundel, Kroger, etc.


o Seasoned experience with self-service search platforms for both retailer specific (e.g. WMC, Roundel Media Studio, etc.) as well as aggregators (e.g. Criteo, Citrus, Pacvue, Skai, etc.)

* Account Management & Strategy

  • Prepare draft agendas and exhibits for client and board meetings for attorney review and take notes at meetings.
  • Work with team to keep client files updated and oversee to ensure pleadings, signed documents and correspondence are organized and filed properly.

General Software Skills:

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Westlaw
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • iManage or another similar document management system is a plus.
  • Notary commission a plus.

Annual Salary/Compensation & Health Benefits:

Starting annual salary/comp. is up to 135K | DOE/DOQ plus a comprehensive health benefits package, generous PTO, paid parking onsite, high functioning & tenured support staff, annual reviews, etc.
