The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) Program/Project Manager for New Product Development (NPD) provides strategic leadership and hands-on orchestration of complex, cross-functional, system-level engineering programs that span hardware, controls, software and manufacturing domains from concept through commercialization. Strategic Leadership:
Partner with the business unit leadership team to execute prioritized complex, multi-disciplinary New Product Development programs to deliver target safety, quality, cost, customer value and overall business impact.

Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field from an accredited 4-year university.
- 5-10 years' experience leading complex new product development and system-level programs for industrial/electro-mechanical products or integrated controls-software offerings from concept through launch, with expertise in critical path, dependency mapping and integrated cross-functional planning.
- 3-5 years' experience in a senior role within an EPMO or similar role with oversight of strategic direction or project management across an organization.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional hardware, software and service programs with manufacturing and supply chain integration in a matrix-based organization.

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Turbine Mechanic (4 - 10's) to work out of our Milwaukee Service Center. This position is responsible for the disassembly, assembly, and mechanical operations on a variety of steam turbine spindles, casings, and valves where methods are standardized and prescribed. Work from assembly drawings and specifications to do skilled fitting, aligning, and adjusting along with some secondary machining. Use a wide variety of precision measuring instruments and gauging devices.
Essential Duties
- Receive and inspect incoming turbine components, take digital pictures of shipping container, cribbing, rigging techniques, and all parts.
- Measure and record the critical dimensions of the turbine components.
- Charting of the disassembly of the blades and proper labeling.
- Perform proper blade straightening and repairs procedures.
- Perform blade setlliting and stiffener repairs technique.
- Remove and install seals, disassemble, and assemble valves, and perform blade ring assembly procedures.
- Repair or rebuild hydrogen seal assemblies and rigging and shipping skid setup.
- Operate the manual grinding, milling, turning, and sawing machinery as required for installation and final fitting of turbine blade seals, and valves.
- Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.

What You’ll Do:
As an Electromechanical Technician, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery. You'll work with both mechanical and electrical systems across high-speed stamping presses, cold forming machines, and automated equipment in a dynamic production environment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment using hand tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure equipment reliability
• Diagnose and resolve issues using technical documents such as blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate PPE
• Support process improvements and participate in ongoing training
What You’ll Need:
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or technical degree in a related field or journeyman’s card.
• Proficiency in reading complex electrical schematics and code books
• Broad knowledge of electrical codes, electronic controls, and electrical theory
• Experience with line setups, inspections, and electrical testing equipment
• Strong math skills (fractions, percentages)
Nice to Haves:
• Experience with PLCs and drives (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
• Familiarity with AC/DC motors, HVAC, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
• Experience with welding/torch equipment and precision measuring tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to keep learning
Physical Requirements:
• Frequent standing and walking
• Occasional sitting, reaching, forceful motion, and lifting up to 60 lbs
• Minimal climbing and lifting over 100 lbs
• Ability to meet physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation
