Our client in North Carolina is actively seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 64-day assignment beginning Mar 31, 2026. This role involves shifts starting at 6:45 AM with end times varying between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. The Anesthetist will manage a diverse range of cases including general surgery, obstetrics, orthopedics, endoscopy, GI, urology, pediatrics ENT 2+, and robotics, while specific procedures like spinals, epidurals, nerve blocks, upper/lower blocks, and fiber optics are handled by the MDA.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage general surgery cases.
- Perform obstetrics and C sections.
- Handle orthopedics cases.
- Conduct endoscopy and GI procedures.
- Oversee urology cases.
- Provide anesthesia for pediatrics ENT patients (ages 2+).
- Participate in robotics cases.
- Note: Spinals, epidurals, nerve blocks, upper/lower blocks, and fiber optics will be performed by the MDA.
