General Statement of Duties:
The Lead Clinician oversees clinical services, and trains and supervises clinical staff. Ensures that behavioral health specialists complete relevant training on evidence-based practices in mental and behavioral health care delivery. They must ensure that child-facing services are provided on-site and in a confidential manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Promotes the Mission and Philosophy of Holy Family Institute
* Provides individual and group supervision to clinicians and clinical interns.
* Engages in observation of minors with significant behavioral or mental health challenges in the milieu and provides recommendations regarding best practices, including modeling therapeutic approaches.
* Builds and maintains relationships with community mental health providers in order to facilitate referrals for minors to external mental health services as needed.
* Submits Treatment Authorization Requests and ensures required documentation is completed for all appointments.
* Reviews clinical documents for all minors to ensure compliance expectations are met.
* Assists in the creation and implementation of safety plans.
* Facilitates the onboarding and training of new clinicians and clinical interns.
* Ensures quality of clinical materials and interventions utilized with clients.
* Manages 30 Day Safety & Well Being follow up call completion and submission by appropriate deadlines.
* Meets with assigned unaccompanied minors once per week for individual counseling, and once per week in group setting to address behavior, concerns, and monitor progress regarding UC's overall psychosocial functioning.
* Demonstrates dignity and respect for the identified sponsor or family, while working collaboratively with the sponsor to ensure a safe and timely release.
* Assists in developing a discharge plan which identifies appropriate supportive services and natural supports, which is clearly defined and identify a continuation of post discharge services, if needed.
* Works collaboratively with staff, children, families, service providers, and others
* Participates in all required agency and regulatory trainings within expected time frame.

Requirements:
* Master's or doctorate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or another relevant behavioral health discipline from an accredited program, university, or college where clinical experience is a program requirement and includes 2 years of post-graduate direct service delivery experience.
* Must have supervisory experience and be licensed to provide clinical services in the state where the care provider is located.
* Must have Act 33/34 and FBI clearances and valid PA driver's license
* Must be at least 21 years of age
* Ability to remain calm and composed under stress
* Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards

Statement of Duties: The Family Counselor provides intervention and support for families referred by Allegheny County Children and Youth Services. The program is designed to be an intervention program that provides case management, counseling, and educational services to families in need to decrease the risk of abuse and neglect of children. CYF and Holy Family staff work collaboratively with the family to enhance safety of children and to decrease risk for out of home placements for the children.
Essential Functions:

  • Promotes the Mission and Philosophy of Holy Family Institute.
  • Provides assessment of family problem areas, level of risk, and community resources.
  • Develop and implement goal-based services to families.
  • Provides counseling, family education, and case management services to families.
  • Documents all progress of services provided.
  • Work cooperatively with CYF and staff members to ensure quality service to each family.
  • Maintains a positive working relationship with families and fellow staff.
  • Must meet CYF service delivery time frames for proper client discharge.
  • Be available to families in the district for crisis situations.
  • Develop skills training in working with families and children.
  • Maintains knowledge and follows responsibilities mandated by the Child Protective Service Law.
  • Attends mandatory training.
  • Obtains training related to child development, parenting education, family counseling, addiction counseling, case management, mental health issues, personal safety, ethical issues, and crisis intervention.
  • Adheres to other supervisory requests.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Human Service field preferred.
  • 2-3 years' experience in Social Services working with children and families preferred.
  • Must have a valid PA driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle and appropriate level of insurance to use during work hours and be capable of visiting families in their homes and community settings.
  • Ability to obtain Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to engage clients and help families utilize basic counseling and case management skills.
  • Must be able to recognize signs and symptoms of addiction, mental health, and developmental concerns.
  • Acts as an advocate for families within the court system.
  • Demonstrates ability and knowledge basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft office and Office 365.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be capable of visiting families in their homes on a flexible schedule, lift small children, infants and transport families in a car.

As a registered dietitian, you will have the opportunity to identify and assess the nutritional needs of assigned patients/residents, initiate interventions to achieve and/or maintain individuals nutritional status, and enhance quality of life consistent with patient's/resident's goals.

What you'll be doing: Providing nutritional expertise to the health care team and educating patients/residents, staff, or consultants.

Following the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics' standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.

Interacting with other departments in setting up procedures and policies, and in problem solving as it relates to dining service and nutrition.

Actively participating in the development, review, and revision of continuous quality improvement programs.

What we're looking for: Must-haves: Bachelor's degree in nutrition (Prior to 2024) or related field Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.

Passed a national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or meets the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics requirements for eligibility.

Completes 75 hours of continuing education hours every five years, in accordance with the CDR, utilizing the professional portfolio development process.

Licensed or certified, per state requirements.

Knowledge of regulation standards specific to comprehensive assessments, care planning, and residents' rights.

Ability to teach others, specifically pertaining to nutrition and dietetics.

The LIMS Application Analyst is responsible for the development, configuration, support, and ongoing maintenance of our client's Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and its related interfaces. This role partners closely with laboratory staff, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the LIMS effectively supports clinical and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, and support LIMS enhancements, updates, and issue resolution
  • Act as a liaison between end users and technical teams to gather and translate business requirements
  • Manage and document testing for system changes, upgrades, and bug fixes
  • Develop and deliver training to LIMS end users
  • Analyze user requests to distinguish true business needs and system capabilities
  • Create functional documentation including requirements, workflows, test scenarios, and interface designs
  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to balance usability and technical constraints

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, microbiology, or a related scientific field or equivalent experience in a clinical laboratory environment
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and information systems
  • Experience supporting, configuring, or administering enterprise applications (LIMS preferred)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Compensation:

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
