OB/GYN Hospitalist Opportunities – Piedmont Newton & Piedmont Eastside (GA)

Join our team as an  OB/GYN Hospitalist and provide high-quality inpatient care for obstetric and gynecologic patients.

Locations:

• • Piedmont Newton – Covington, GA
  • Piedmont Eastside – Snellville, GA

Position Highlights:

• • Manage  labor & delivery, OB/GYN emergencies, and consultative care
  • Perform  C-sections, emergency procedures, and high-risk obstetric care
  • Collaborate with  anesthesiologists, pediatricians, neonatologists, and hospital teams
  • No on-call responsibility with 20+ days off per month

Scheduling Options:

• • Full-Time: 5+ 24-hour shifts per 28-day block
  • Part-Time: 2-4 24-hour shifts per 28-day block

We are seeking motivated Project Managers with a high level of technical understanding and experience in the manufacturing industry.

The Project Manager serves as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the entire project cycle, from sales order to the successful installation of the equipment.

This position requires up to 50% of travel throughout the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plan/schedule and coordinate required resources to meet scheduled deadlines for the entire project
• Understand the scope of the project, take ownership and act as the primary contact for the customer
• Participate in New Order Sheet meetings to determine, understand and communicate all aspects of the project (values, financial terms and conditions)
• Schedule internal technical meetings to clarify the scope of project with engineering, as well as schedule on-site Kick-Off meetings
• Follow-up at all project phases to keep the project on track to meet expectations
• Communicate project updates with customers and other internal/external parties
• Schedule FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) if required
• Organize and document all commercial and technical aspects of the project in SAP
• Coordinate shipping and delivery of equipment
• Request & compare quotes from third party suppliers/vendors and choose the most competitive option to minimize costs
• Responsible for coordinating and scheduling contractors, service technicians and other third parties involved in the installation
• Ensure customer requirements and needs are met before, during and after installation, until receipt of the signed Site Acceptance Test confirmation
• Act as key contact for Service Technicians during installation process

Your profile

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in an industry-related field
• Advanced technical aptitude
• An understanding of technical and commercial terms
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office & SAP
• Ability to travel extensively

Role/Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans using MS Project / OnePlan.
• Drive project execution from initiation through change notifications (Project Charter, ECR).
• Manage change control and design planning through CCP/DDP/PEGA.
• Coordinate engineering changes for Cost to Win, Line Extension, Quality Improvement, Labeling & Packaging, Supplier Validation, Regulatory Compliance.
• Support design transfer activities and Design History File audits.
• Oversee creation and updates of design control documents (Design Inputs, Traceability Matrix, Specifications, Verification Plans, Protocols & Reports, FMEA).
• Gather requirements and responses from cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with BD teams for Design Verification Testing and Process Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Manage transactions in PLM tools (MasterControl, PEGA).
• Prepare project status reports, risk assessments, and obsolescence reports.
• Conducting periodic Review with core team members and update the project status update to Client portfolio manager.

Required Skills

• Strong Project Management skills with experience in regulated industries.
• Basic R&D and Engineering knowledge (Mechanical/Electrical).
• Proficiency in MS Project (MPP) and MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Minitab (statistical analysis).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Cross-functional coordination and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Medical Devices or regulated industry.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 / QSR 21 CFR Part 820 is an advantage.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $37.79 per hour

Pay Range Maximum: $ 45.13 per hour
