  • Manage daily lab operations including microbiological, chemical, and physical testing
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP (21 CFR 111/117), ISO 17025, and internal SOPs

4. Equipment & Lab Infrastructure


  • Manage lab equipment calibration, maintenance, and qualification
  • Plan and execute new equipment procurement and validation
  • Ensure lab safety, hygiene, and biosafety compliance


5. Cross-functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with QA, Regulatory, Procurement, Operations, and Sales
  • Support customer inquiries, technical questionnaires, and investigations

Qualifications & Experience


Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field


Experience:

  • 7–12 years of laboratory experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a lab leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong exposure to microbiology testing (pathogens, yeast & mold, TPC)
  • Experience in nutraceutical, dietary supplement, food, or pharma industry preferred


Technical Skills:
