Role: Plaintiff Labor and Employment Attorney

The Role:
- Manage Plaintiff-side Labor & Employment cases from intake through resolution.
- Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Represent employees in matters such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour violations.
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar required.
- Plaintiff Labor & Employment experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 and $300,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
