We are actively seeking applicants for a variety of therapeutic positions including Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to serve our Fairfax County locations.
Ideal candidates will be licensed in their chosen profession and will be eager to provide home-based early intervention therapy services to infants and toddlers who are at risk for developmental disabilities as part of the Birth to Three Program.
Services available in all of Fairfax County This position addresses functional needs of the child in various developmental domains, particularly related to speech and language development.
Work involves developmental screening/ assessment, speech therapy, and teaming with family members and other professionals working with the family.

Oversee contracts, change orders, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Review and approve engineering designs, technical submittals, and bills of material.
Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and forecasting.
Provide clear reporting on project status, milestones, and financials to senior leadership.
Help standardize processes and best practices to improve delivery consistency and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal project systems, documentation standards, and safety requirements.
Qualifications 7+ years of experience managing construction or controls projects, ideally within BAS, HVAC controls, or MEP environments.
Proven experience leading complex, multi-site projects with cross-functional teams.
Strong technical understanding of building automation systems, HVAC controls, and commissioning workflows.
Solid financial and business acumen, including forecasting, cost control, and reporting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage field teams, clients, and executive leadership.
Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools such as Procore, MS Project, or similar.
Willingness and ability to travel 50–80% nationwide.
