As we scale production and expand our product offerings, we’re looking for an Junior Operations / Production Manager to help build and optimize the systems that bring our vans to life.
About the Role
The Junior Operations Manager will own the day-to-day execution of our build operations—ensuring that every van meets our standards for quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of production, process development, and team management. You’ll work closely with leadership, design, and engineering to streamline workflows, improve throughput, and scale production without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation
- Manage the production team, including builders, technicians, and shop staff
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production, tooling, and processes
- Ensure all builds meet quality standards, timelines, and cost targets
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize designs for manufacturability
- Manage inventory, materials, and supply chain coordination
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing shop environment
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, production management, or manufacturing leadership
- Experience in low- to mid-volume production environments (custom builds, automotive, RV, marine, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate hands-on teams
- Proven ability to build and improve processes in a growing company
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in automotive, van conversions, RV, or specialty vehicle manufacturing
- Experience scaling production from custom builds to repeatable systems
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or similar methodologies
- Experience working closely with design and engineering teams
- Passion for outdoor, mobile living, or adventure-driven products

As we expand our product lineup, we’re looking for a Class A / 3D Surface Model Designer to help shape the next generation of Remote Vans interiors and exterior components.
This role is focused on the design and development of future Remote Vans products, including both interior environments and exterior components. You’ll work closely with our product, engineering, and fabrication teams to translate design intent into production-ready Class A surfaces that elevate both form and function.
This is a hands-on, with periodic on-site contract role where your work will directly influence real-world products—from concept through build.
- Create and refine Class A surfaces for van interiors, exteriors, and integrated product systems
- Develop high-quality 3D surface models from concept sketches, industrial design inputs, and engineering constraints
- Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and builders to ensure seamless integration into real-world builds
- Balance aesthetic excellence with manufacturability and durability for mobile environments
- Conduct surface evaluations (curvature, transitions, reflections, fitment, etc.)
- Iterate rapidly based on feedback in a fast-paced product development cycle
- Prepare clean, organized models ready for prototyping and production
- Proven experience in Class A surfacing and 3D modeling, ideally in automotive, transportation, or product design

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support a document cleanup initiative at our 4th and Main office in Cincinnati, OH. This role focuses on reviewing and managing hard copy records as part of a large-scale “pitch and purge” effort.
This is a full-time, fully onsite position in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review hard copy documents and microfilm images
- Compare physical records against files in the electronic document management system
- Determine whether documents should be scanned or securely purged
- Support document organization and cleanup efforts
- Operate equipment such as large-format plotters and microfilm scanners
Work Environment & Requirements:
- Office-based role (no field work or hazardous conditions)
- Must be comfortable lifting and handling large documents (up to 24” x 36”)
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs as needed
