Summary:
The Pharmacy Technician III assists licensed pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy performing the duties described in the Technician II position description as well as serving as a role model for other technicians through added responsibilities, specialization in technician pharmacy practice, demonstrating leadership and initiative, and fulfilling the needs of the department.
The Technician III is actively involved in the training and development process and the development of policies and procedures specific to their practice site and is responsible for the daily technical operations of the area. The Technician III must have the capacity to work effectively and efficiently in areas routinely requiring a higher degree of prolonged technical concentration, liability, and risk.

Required Job Qualifications:
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Current State of Illinois Pharmacy Technician license.
- Individual must have EXCPT and/or PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) certification.
- Individuals licensed BEFORE January 1, 2008 are grandfathered; they are not required to become nationally certified or hold the "Certified" designation to continue working as a registered pharmacy technician in Illinois.
- At least 6 months of previous experience as a pharmacy technician.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Two years of college training or its equivalent.
- ACPE IV certification.
- Hazardous drug compounding certification.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift/move 30-50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long period of time (4+ hours) between breaks.
- Ability to crouch when filling dispensing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
- May be exposed to certain hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemotherapeutic agents.

Lactalis Heritage Dairy, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Supply Quality Manager, Ingredients & Packaging position based in Chicago, Illinois. The Supply Quality Manager, Ingredients & Packaging is responsible for the compliance of incoming ingredients, packaging, and chemical products and their perspective suppliers, with the Quality and Food Safety Standards of Lactalis Heritage Dairy (LHD). As a member of the Programmatic Sales & Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving Pinterest's advertising growth and revenue through a full-funnel sales strategy. As the primary partner to clients, you'll drive deal creation, oversee campaign setup, and ensure seamless launches. Leveraging data-driven strategies, you will proactively optimize performance, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional results that maximize client value and business impact. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you'll help shape solutions that maximize business impact, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable results for advertisers at every stage of the funnel.


What you'll do:



  • Develop and execute full-funnel, programmatic sales strategies for top-tier clients, driving measurable business results across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients and agency partners, leading strategic deal negotiations, QBRs, and educational sessions focused on ad tech innovation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Pinterest's programmatic ad offerings and digital ecosystem trends, influencing media strategies and solution adoption.
  • Advise on best practices in programmatic buying, data integration, measurement, and optimization to maximize campaign performance on Pinterest's platform.
  • Serve as point of contact for programmatic campaigns working with Ops teams to manage deal creation, campaign setup, technical troubleshooting, and real-time optimizations.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to craft actionable recommendations and guide clients toward sustained programmatic growth and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, championing Pinterest's value in the programmatic marketplace and identifying new growth opportunities.


What we're looking for:



  • 6+ years in client-facing digital media sales roles, with deep expertise in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or media strategy.
  • Advanced understanding of full-funnel digital advertising solutions, including brand, consideration, and conversion strategies, with specialized knowledge in search, shopping, display, or (social a plus).
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing executive-level relationships with advertisers and agency programmatic centers, developing long-term strategic plans, and negotiating high-value partnership agreements to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of data and measurement solutions including Clean Rooms.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities; skilled at translating data, macro trends, and campaign performance insights into actionable recommendations that fuel ongoing revenue growth.
  • Strong consultative approach with the ability to educate, influence, and challenge executive stakeholders while crafting visionary and results-oriented media strategies.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, thriving in fast-paced environments while ensuring operational excellence, seamless cross-functional teamwork, and project management success.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as digital media or SaaS sales, or equivalent professional experience.

Summary

The Assistant Sports Performance Coach assists the Head Sports Performance coach, provides instruction on to members of various athletic teams to help ensure peak performance in the areas of strength and conditioning in the absence of the head coach . This position reports to the Head Sports Performance Coach.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develops, implements and supervises comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for assigned sports to optimize student-athlete performance
  • Works closely with head sports performance coach and athletic trainers to ensure strength and conditioning programs align with treatment plans for injured student- athletes
  • Participates in the on-campus recruitment activities of prospective student-athletes as requested
  • Works to identify facility needs and initiate and develop plans and projects to meet those needs
  • Works closely with individual coaching staffs to understand performance goals and expectations of their student athletes
  • Assists with student-athlete nutrition education and monitoring
  • Coordinates work with coaches, other support staff, and constituents for purposes of scheduling
  • Ensures the completion of administrative tasks and functions
  • Ensures adequate maintenance and appearance of all areas under supervision. Ensures equipment is maintained at all times
  • Ensures all operations are conducted with safety as the first priority, in accordance to the University's policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with campus student wellness staff and administration to effectively operate the strength and conditioning areas within the regulations and expectations of the University

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in exercise physiology, exercise science, physical education, or related field.
  • CSCS Certification or SCCC Certification from either of these nationally accredited organizations
  • Professional experience as a strength and conditioning coach at the university level or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (required upon hiring)
