Job Description

EVERSANA has partnered with Shionogi Inc. to build a virtual team to support an anticipated launch in Primary Care. The Shionogi Virtual Sales Representative will be responsible for the commercialization of Shionogi therapies via teleconference and/or telephone to selected health care offices and providers. They will provide impactful key clinical information and educational materials as part of their remote engagements. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of tasks: white space coverage, vacant territory coverage, as well as partnering with Shionogi employees to ensure stakeholder needs are addressed appropriately. The VSRs will create positive virtual interactions and foster appropriate growth for Client’s product(s). Additionally, they will possess excellent customer service skills and have polished marketing and commercial acumen to meaningfully engage office stakeholders and develop trusting healthcare provider relationships within those offices. Those skill sets will also be needed to explain the details of assigned products as well as addressing questions and concerns in order to ensure appropriate therapeutic use. Furthermore, VSRs will possess the ability to learn and communicate on complex medical topics, industry compliance guidelines, Shionogi programs, pharmacy and insurance landscapes.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Enhance HCP awareness of Shionogi’s product(s) and clinical data, equip HCPs with appropriate tools to facilitate a robust clinical conversation, enabling them to teach their patients about the assigned therapeutic area.
  • Increase awareness of the assigned therapeutic area and build HCP trust, knowledge, and confidence in identifying possible treatment gaps in appropriate patient groups.
  • Expected to achieve call activity and adherence goals, as well as brand performance objectives set forth by the Client compliantly and effectively
  • Ensure that any sample and literature requests are generated accurately and perform appropriate follow up and investigation on shipments as needed
  • Maintain database entries on targeted customer calls including attempts, product discussions, literature requests, and sample requests, if any
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to team leadership on areas and opportunities for improvement
  • Comply with all company, PDMA, compliance and regulatory policies and guidelines
  • Work independently from "remote" home office

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2 + years sales experience in an outbound Virtual/Tele-sales or field sales role preferably with a healthcare or pharma emphasis

About the Role

Thriveworks is currently seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Oklahoma.

***Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.***

Compensation: This is a Fee for Service (W2) position, the range for this position is $130,000-$187,000 per year based on 25-35 clinical hours per week. 

To maintain safety and best practices for our clinicians and patients via telemedicine, Thriveworks does not push or incentivize the use of stimulant medications; instead, we offer them as an option based on the client's specific symptoms and diagnosis, with prescribing decisions left to the discretion of the clinician. We do not currently treat substance use disorders, and make every effort to refer out to an in-person provider when symptoms arise that are too severe to be treated via telemedicine only.

Thriveworks Nurse Practitioners are expected to provide care to a diverse population of clients with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. They work with a broad range of age groups, primarily adults and adolescents, with a future focus on expanding care across the lifespan.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certification required
  • Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required in the state

Customer Care Representative Responsibilities • Receive and review payment denials, investigate causes, and resolve issues with payers or patients • Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls to patients, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance providers regarding patient accounts • Provide written correspondence for audit requests including investigations and required documentation • Document billing and payment status in patient accounts for follow-up • Research payer requirements to ensure billing guidelines and procedures are followed • Respond to patient billing inquiries and provide account resolution • Complete end-of-month reports as requested by management • Complete assigned internal system service ticket requests • Maintain productivity levels of 20–40 accounts per day while ensuring quality standards are met • Maintain strong attendance and reliability Customer Care Representative Requirements • Minimum High School Diploma or GED • Minimum 2 years of medical supply billing experience OR 1 year of Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing Representative experience • Ability to read and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and training materials • Ability to write professional internal and external business correspondence • Intermediate math skills including calculations involving percentages, discounts, and proportions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience using Microsoft Office applications and database software • Ability to learn telecommunications or billing software systems High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days .
