Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
The Link Consumer Marketing team is responsible for building awareness, engagement, and preference for Stripe's consumer payments product: Link. We are a small dedicated unit embedded in the Product Marketing team, but you’ll partner closely with Product, Brand, Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, Data Science and User Research.
What you’ll do
We’re looking for our Head of Consumer Marketing that will build and grow Stripe’s first consumer product and brand—Link. Link is Stripe’s one-click checkout and already has over 100 million consumers, with millions more joining the network every month. You’ll set Link’s multi-year consumer marketing strategy and lead a team of marketers to deploy against this strategy. You’ll conduct foundational work like defining our core positioning and target personas; you’ll develop full-funnel consumer marketing campaigns across all channels – e.g. paid media, brand activations, OOH, lifecycle marketing, and partnerships – to drive consumer engagement and growth; you’ll launch new consumer features; you’ll set our annual consumer marketing budget and regularly report out to the CMO on its ROI.
- Set the vision and manage execution of Link’s integrated consumer marketing strategy to drive consumer acquisition and engagement across all marketing touchpoints such as paid media, site, OOH, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, social, etc.

- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence teams and individuals
- Experience owning a marketing budget

This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).
Office‑assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in‑person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.
A remote location is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on‑sites, meet‑ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently live or plan to live.
The annual US base salary range for this role is $224,000 - $336,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
Office locations
New York, South San Francisco HQ, Seattle, or Chicago
At Stripe, we're looking for people with passion, grit, and integrity. You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. Your skills and passion will stand out—and set you apart—especially if your career has taken some extraordinary twists and turns. At Stripe, we welcome diverse perspectives and people who think rigorously and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions. Join us.

You will be based in our San Francisco or New York City office and will be required to be in office 3x/week.
Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.
Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.
Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.
We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @ addresses.
About the role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to translate Rippling’s products and platform capabilities into powerful, performance-driven stories that inspire customers to act.
This is not a traditional product marketing role, it’s a hands‑on marketing role for someone who can craft narratives, create assets, and ship campaigns that connect product innovation to customer outcomes.
You’ll build and maintain a solutions and automation use‑case marketing engine that spans product demo videos, landing pages, emails, and a growing library of modular creative assets, all designed to drive engagement, adoption, and expansion.
The ideal candidate is a true marketer : someone who can uncover customer insights, write compelling copy, and create content that performs. You thrive in the gap between product and growth, turning technical value into tangible results.
What you will do
- Develop and Own Solutions Marketing Frameworks
- Build a use case and automation library that connects Rippling’s products to real customer problems and outcomes, with a strong focus on cross‑product use cases and automation.
- Own the lifecycle of the use case library: build it, maintain it with new content, and make it engaging and “marketed,” not just documented.
- Define messaging frameworks that position Rippling as a single, unified solution across people, spend, IT, and beyond.
- Highlight automation as a core value proposition, with specific examples of what customers can actually automate (e.g., triggering a Slack message when a rep exceeds quota and automating bonus payouts upon VP approval).
- Partner with GTM, corporate, and integrated marketing teams to ensure consistent storytelling across campaigns and customer touchpoints.
- Create and Ship Performance Marketing Content
- Write and produce emails, landing pages, ad copy, and coordinate demo videos that showcase Rippling’s value in an engaging, measurable way.
- Translate complex product features into creative that converts, balancing clarity, storytelling, and performance.
- Test, analyze, and iterate on messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop content and campaigns around “automation recipes” or “playbooks” that demonstrate real‑world automations.
- Work toward launching a public gallery of community‑authored automation playbooks that customers can browse, deploy, and share.
- Lead Product‑Connected Creative Campaigns
- Partner with GTM, brand, and product teams to identify marketing moments that align with feature launches or product updates.
- Develop performance‑focused video content that highlights product functionality through a marketing lens.
- Build scalable creative templates and narratives that can be reused across lifecycle and growth programs.
- Launch “Automation of the Day” video content series for social media to showcase customer‑created playbooks.
- Build engagement features such as leaderboards of top automations, newsletter spotlights, and awards programs recognizing the most innovative customer‑created playbooks.
- Collaborate and Influence Across Teams
- Work cross‑functionally with creative, product, and demand generation to align messaging across all channels.
- Support customer and field marketing teams with tailored assets and positioning for specific audiences or industries.
- Ensure the entire GTM org can articulate a consistent, compelling story about Rippling’s solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to co‑market automation playbooks and drive community‑led distribution.
What you will need
- 3+ years in product marketing, or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, you can write emails, scripts, and landing pages that drive measurable results.
- Experience creating video or performance creative tied to product launches or campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to own the process end‑to‑end, from concepting and writing to testing and optimization.
- Data‑informed and experiment‑oriented: you use insights to refine messaging and creative direction.
- Ability to collaborate across marketing, creative, and product teams in a fast‑paced, iterative environment.
- Growth mindset: eager to test, learn, and evolve Rippling’s marketing storytelling model.
- Background in solutions or lifecycle marketing with strong familiarity in B2B SaaS.
- Portfolio of shipped marketing work, especially emails, landing pages, or campaign creative that shows both strategy and execution.
- Experience building community‑led content libraries (e.g., playbooks, recipe galleries, or automation showcases).

We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, we create what is next by pioneering ideas, acting fast, and moving further because standing still just is not in our DNA.
We are drawn to people who stay curious, move with intent, and never stop inventing. Our culture runs on three values: better together, relentlessly curious, and get sh*t done. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we make things that matter.
At DEPT®, you will find the freedom to explore, the space to collaborate, and the trust to make a real impact for our clients, for each other, and for the world we are helping to build.
The Role
We are seeking a visionary Director, Creative who thinks beyond the screen and understands the power of physical environments, including retail. In this role, you will be the architect of our clients’ brand’s physical presence, tasked with pushing creative boundaries both expressively and graphically.
You will not just design stores; you will build flexible systems that breathe life into our clients’ brand. We need a leader who can guide a team through the full creative spectrum, iterating from “mild to wild” to discover the perfect balance between avant-garde storytelling and practical producibility.
In this role, you will lead a cross‑functional team to deliver distinct brand experiences and ensure brand content and campaign messaging are consistent and cohesive across all touchpoints. Additionally, you will join an embedded team, working onsite with the client weekly to oversee launches and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Closely collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of talented people across the agency and projects.
- Lead the creative team in rigorous conceptual exploration grounded in our ability to deliver. You must be comfortable driving the work from safe, foundational ideas (“mild”) to boundary‑pushing, disruptive concepts (“wild”), ensuring we explore the full limits of what is possible before refining for execution.
- Orchestrate a seamless story across all physical touchpoints. This includes directing the strategy for in‑store digital screens, physical print collateral, and subtle experiential details (texture, lighting, flow).
- Partner lock‑step with the Senior, Copywriting. You will work as a cohesive unit to ensure the visual environment and the narrative voice are inextricably linked and mutually elevating.
- Distinct from one‑off installations, you will establish a robust, scalable design system for our client’s stores. This system must be rigid enough to maintain brand consistency but flexible enough to adapt to different footprints and markets.
- Infuse physical spaces with expressive design elements. You will determine how typography, color, and animation live within a three‑dimensional architecture.
- Strong knowledge of visual design, user‑centered experience design, interaction design, brand development, and the creative process.
- Ability to lead internal teams with strategic vision and creative inspiration.
- An entrepreneurial and independent spirit.
- A diverse sense of taste with the knowledge necessary to apply to various challenges.
- Bring deep empathy to the users you design for, the brands you help evolve, and the internal teams you lead and collaborate with.
- Innovation and experimental thinking that generate innovative thinking.
What You Bring
- 8+ years in creative leadership, specifically with a focus on Experiential Design, Environmental Design, or Retail Innovation.
- A deep understanding of how humans move through and interact with physical spaces. You can read floor plans as well as you can critique a layout.
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates the ability to translate brand strategy into immersive physical experiences. Must show examples of work scaling from concept to built reality.
- Familiarity with material fabrication, print production techniques, and digital display technologies.
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with spatial tools (SketchUp, Rhino, or similar) is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic vision and creative inspiration to large, diverse teams.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Highly detail‑oriented, proactive, comfortable navigating complex organizations, and focused on strategic problem‑solving and process efficiency.
What Do We Offer
We are a collaborative, open‑door, best‑idea‑wins environment that fosters personal and company growth and has fun doing it. Here is a snapshot of our benefits package:
- Healthcare, Dental, and Vision coverage
- PTO
- Paid Company Holidays
