As an Account Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our business by developing new referral relationships and maintaining strong connections with existing partners—all while collaborating closely with our clinical team to support patient care and census growth.


What You’ll Do:

  • Help build organizational ownership and accountability for solutions across all providers of RSFH, through engagement with key RSFH clinical leadership stakeholders and facilitation of socialization and adoption efforts.
  • Facilitate patient triage workflows at either the Physician Partners practice or through a central nurse triage program.
  • Engage with front-line providers to understand what the practices need from the contact center and to establish support for changes stemming from the program.
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues raised by providers and operations leaders in the Engagement Contact Center (ECC) or call centers.
  • Lead the clinical content areas of the access program. This would include oversight of booking scripts, booking guidelines, and their relationship to scheduling templates, as well as helping to suggest and/or implement new, innovative uses of the digital platform.
  • Establish and monitor clinical metrics of success for the program.
  • Co-lead and participate in key program sessions from executive planning through design, build, and deployment.

  • Develops and maintains basic electrical product detail, assembly and installation designs (e.g., equipment racks, power panels, cable routing and geometry, antennas).

  • Develops and maintains basic cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs. Assists with engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g., rejection tags, production action requests, shop revision requests).

  • Follows documented processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commodities.

  • Collects data to support the development of statements of work.

  • Assists in data gathering of supplier capabilities.

  • Reviews functional and physical input used in the development of integrated design and system architecture.

  • Individual shall be able to work under general direction

Work Authorization:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at North Charleston, SC.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.

  • 3+ years of experience with wire design/wire harness installation and/or equipment installation.

  • 3+ years of experience working with computer aided design (CAD) such as CATIA, Solidworks, Siemens, NX.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience in Model-Based Definition (CATIA V5 or higher, Solidworks, Siemens, NX), ENOVIA, and PDM

  • Experience using all the Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Ability to quickly adapt to program tools and procedures

  • Knowledge and ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.

  • Skill and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.

Boeing Technology Innovation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join our Materials & Structures Organization in North Charleston, SC.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the analysis of aircraft structures and materials, with expertise in both composite and metallic structural analysis, structural design, and/or structural repair. This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead research initiatives, capture external contracted research and development (CRAD) programs, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address challenges relevant to Boeing platforms.  The ideal candidate will be a recognized expert in their field with a demonstrated history of working across the aerospace industry, academia, and the US Government to develop and execute impactful R&D programs. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced research and analysis on aircraft structures, focusing on composite or metallic materials.

  • Lead efforts to capture and manage external CRAD programs, ensuring alignment with Boeing's strategic objectives.

  • Collaborate within the structures and materials teams as well as Boeing program partners to identify, analyze, and solve complex engineering problems.

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of Boeing platforms.

  • Establish and lead research programs, guiding teams of engineers to successfully execute projects.
