Required Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active New York Bar license (in good standing)

• Strong experience in:
• Premises liability
• Auto liability (commercial & personal)
• Ability to handle cases independently (A–Z)
• Excellent:
• Legal writing

• Familiarity with NY courts (Queens, Nassau, Suffolk preferred)
• Strong communication and tech proficiency (AI tools exposure is a plus)
