Job Summary: The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) is responsible for planning and managing territory activities to achieve sales and market share growth utilizing approved sales and marketing strategy and tools while providing excellent customer service to all customers in territory. Job Responsibilities

• Developing relationships and grow sales with assigned distribution customers in the territory.
• Frequently contacting roofing contractors, remodelers, builders, and architects to drive demand.
• Presenting products and programs to qualified distributors and end users on a weekly basis.
• Performing product knowledge (PK) training sessions with customers.
• Managing territory pricing based on competitive situations.
• Following up on inquiries from customers or IKO administration in a timely fashion.
• Submitting weekly Intelligence Reports in a timely fashion
• Increasing the IKO market share in the territory.
• Attending meetings, functions, and company-provided training as required.
• Adhering to Health and Safety policies as well as IKO Vehicle policies.

Qulaifications

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Driver’s License in good standing required.
• 1-3 years of prior sales experience in the building products industry preferred.
• Prior sales experience calling on roofing contractors, builders, and/or architects preferred.
• Prior professional sales training preferred.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Must be able to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends) to complete tasks as assigned.

WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL:

• Up to 100% travel may be required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
• Willing to consider relocation for future opportunities preferred.

Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will manage a critical account that generates significant revenue for Collabera. The Enterprise AM will be responsible for establishing, nurturing, and expanding the valuable relationship. In addition, you will provide excellent service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

In the first 30 days, expect to:

• Complete the HR orientation, introduction with various teams, personalized sales training, learn the Collabera operating model and the sales process
• Learn Collabera value proposition and research on various competitors in the same space and build a story to articulate ourselves differently from the competition
• Prepare for mock calls and transition that experience into real opportunities, prepare yourself for likely objections, and determine the best way to proceed
• Work with your Manager and set the revenue targets

In the first six months, expect to:

• Discover new business opportunities within your prospective accounts and drive sales pursuits by proposing cross-functional Collabera teams
• Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue
• Work collaboratively with clients and help them to engage with Collabera engineering specialists

In the first year, expect to:

• Construct a trustworthy relationship with your clients while advising them to build a world-class flexible team and increase efficiency
• Simultaneously grow your portfolio while accelerating the growth in your region
• Strategically plan for the following year and proactively build the pipeline
• Continuously mentor and manage Sales Reps to make them successful in their role

Requirements:

• Proven track record in full-cycle sales of large complex multi-phase managed technology projects to enterprise clients
• 2-4 years of selling experience in small/mid-size talent solution companies
• SOW selling experience preferred
• A deep interest in technology and able to have informed discussions about delivery
• Experience negotiating service agreements with procurement and legal departments within enterprise accounts
• Needs to have a hunter salesperson persona and a growth-based mindset

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• The physician serves as medical director for skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and participates in administrative and quality initiatives for the facilities he or she is responsible for;
• Medical directorship functions include attending and participating in monthly quality assurance and process improvement meetings; participating in quality improvement initiatives; providing guidance to facility staff; reviewing and revising (if necessary) facility's clinical guidelines; insuring compliance with state and federal regulations, training facility staff; and supervising facility clinical staff.
• In addition to the medical director role, the physician also serves as the attending physician for the residents residing at each facility;
• The physician collaborates with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day to day resident care at each facility. Typically, each facility will have a full-time PA or NP assigned to the facility depending on the acuity and volume of the patient population;
• Physician will provide high quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services by rounding on patients residing in SNFs;
• Physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with acute illness, such as bacterial and viral infections, as well as chronic diseases and conditions, such as hypertension, heart disease, or diabetes
• Physician must be able to supervise collaborating nurse practitioners and physicians assistants

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation ranges approximately from $1,100 - $1,200 per day (Part-Time)

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree (required)
• Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in long-term care/nursing home settings (preferred)

Compensation

• Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. Based on 50 working weeks per year, estimated annual earnings range from $20,000–$70,000 per day per week worked (e.g., 1 day/week = $20,000–$70,000 annually; up to 5 days/week = $100,000–$350,000 annually). Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance.
