Our staffing firm is supporting a Cleveland-based organization seeking a dependable Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their accounting team. This temp-to-hire position plays an important role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor payments. The role offers hands-on experience, a supportive environment, and the opportunity for long-term employment after the evaluation period.

• Process invoices with strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate with finance teammates to maintain steady invoice flow
• Communicate promptly about delays, discrepancies, or workload constraints
• Partner with internal staff and vendors to resolve invoice or payment questions
• Assist with AP-related projects

• At least 3 years of accounts payable experience
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include the operation of the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
