Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications: 1.

JD from an accredited law school.

Admitted to the Colorado Bar and in good standing.

3.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on litigation.

4.

Proven experience in construction defect, premise liability, and liability claims.

5.

Excellent legal research skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to quickly absorb and understand complex information.

6.

Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully resolving disputes and securing favorable outcomes for clients.

7.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present arguments and explain complex legal concepts.

8.

Excellent analytical skills, with a logical, problem-solving mindset and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
