This role would be in office in Kirkland, WA Job Details The Audit & Assurance Manager will lead and manage assurance engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, with a strong emphasis on construction contractors—our largest GAAP area.

Key Responsibilities Engagement Management: Plan, execute, and finalize audits, reviews, compilations, and attestation engagements in accordance with professional standards.

Manage approximately 12 compilations, 50 reviews, and 12 audits annually, including ERISA audits.

Oversee multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality results.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations beyond compliance.

Communicate effectively with client management and stakeholders throughout the engagement process.

Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Review work papers and deliverables prepared by staff for accuracy and compliance.

Technical Expertise: Stay current with accounting, auditing, and regulatory developments.
