The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving Laguna's wholesale growth across an assigned geographic region through proactive dealer engagement, field activation, merchandising, product training, and disciplined commercial execution of classic woodworking and metalworking tools and equipment. This is a quota-carrying role accountable for achieving annual regional revenue targets, increasing year-over-year sell-through, expanding Laguna's dealer footprint, and strengthening strategic dealer relationships. The RSM serves as the face of Laguna in the field and plays a critical role in executing Laguna's commercial transformation of the wholesale division.
Responsibilities:
* Build strong partnerships with dealer owners, managers, and sales staff.
* Conduct 12-15 in-person dealer visits per week aligned with A/B/C segmentation.
* Influence product mix, inventory turns, and SKU penetration to achieve revenue quota.
* Execute quarterly promotional programs and ensure merchandising compliance.
* Perform store-level merchandising resets and document improvements via CRM.
* Deliver product training, demos, and technical education for Laguna and Dake lines.
* Plan and execute retail events, demo days, tent sales, and trade shows.
* Identify and activate new dealers in whitespace markets.
* Maintain accurate CRM data including forecasts, pipelines, visit notes, and competitive insights.
* Own quarterly and annual revenue forecasting for the assigned region.
* Provide monthly performance summaries and market intelligence.
Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years' experience in field sales, territory management, or dealer channel sales required.
* Experience in woodworking, tools, machinery, or industrial equipment preferred.
* Quota-carrying experience required.
* Strong presentation, training, and communication skills.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

Position Summary:
The Footwear Designer supports the creation and execution of product design, influencing all segments of See Kai Run’s product collections across various sales channels. This position collaborates closely with the Director of Product Design & Development on all tasks related to product creation, including market and trend research, material sourcing, costing, and commercialization. A qualified candidate also has advanced hands-on experience and knowledge of the entire footwear design and construction process. Primary Responsibilities:
- Research and deliver on concept development, integrating innovative design approaches with a focus on healthy foot development and compelling consumer storytelling.
- Stay current with fashion trends and competitive landscapes to deliver meaningful product collections under the Director of Product Design & Development's guidance.
- Ideate and produce design sketches, detailed renderings and technical drawings that support the product creation process
- Create comprehensive technical packs that provide precise instructions for manufacturing partners, including 2D drawings, material specifications, color details and construction methods
- Conduct fit tests to evaluate fit of samples and collaborate with development partners to refine designs to ensure optimal fit, comfort and ease of use for the consumer
- Review prototypes and samples, communicate feedback to refine designs and ensure they meet design intent and quality standards
- Partner with the Director of Design & Development to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet pricing targets and quality objectives of the product collections
- Present design concepts and product objectives effectively to convey the inspiration and craftsmanship behind each style and collection
- Travel to overseas manufacturing facilities and supplier sites to participate in critical stages of product development to maintain design intent and achieve production targets

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in footwear design, industrial design or related field
- 3+ years experience in footwear design and development or related field

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support our growing footwear business. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

As a Principal SA, you will take complete ownership of the technical relationship between customers and AWS, working directly with CTOs, CIOs, and Chief Architects to influence how technology drives organizational transformation. You will serve as the primary technical authority during complex sales cycles, establish technical credibility for the AWS platform, and bridge customer needs with AWS service evolution through direct engagement with product teams.
Key job responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end solutions for enterprise agentic transformation encompassing legacy application modernization, data foundation establishment , and autonomous workflow implementation using Amazon Bedrock and AWS AI services
- Design and validate reference architectures, implementation patterns, and technical frameworks for the modernization-to-agentic journey, ensuring solutions leverage AWS's 200+ services while meeting enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and reliability
- Engage directly with C-level technical executives (CTOs, CIOs, Chief Architects) to facilitate technical architecture discussions, conduct architecture reviews, and provide strategic guidance on transformation roadmaps that enable intelligent automation adoption
- Develop technical thought leadership content including white papers, architecture blogs, reference implementations, and technical best practices guides that establish repeatable patterns for agentic transformation at scale
- Create comprehensive technical enablement programs for AWS Solutions Architects covering architecture patterns, implementation methodologies, service selection frameworks, and hands-on workshops that build field team capabilities
- Lead technical discovery and assessment activities with enterprise customers to evaluate existing architectures, identify modernization requirements, map business workflows to autonomous agent opportunities, and develop detailed technical transformation roadmaps
- Collaborate with AWS service teams to translate customer technical requirements into product roadmap input and mentor Solutions Architects across the organization

About the role:
The Infrastructure Account Manager oversees the growth of Delta’s Infrastructure business within the data‑center infrastructure market. This role serves as the primary point of contact for corporate key clients, guiding projects from design through shipment and field service to ensure on‑time delivery and excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue targets by managing existing product line and developing new business opportunities.
