- Handle med-surg overflow patients including GI bleed, sepsis, CVA, and COVID positive cases
- Manage 6:1 patient ratio for days, nights, and weekends

- Perform pre/post cath lab care, PPM/AICD procedures, ablations, post-op CABG, thoracotomy, and vascular surgeries
- Titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips including Cardizem, Amiodarone, Dobutamine, Nitroglycerin, Dopamine, and heparin
- Perform sheath pulling at bedside
- Work every other holiday with potential to float to all other inpatient units
- 12-hour orientation required with modules completed during orientation
- Must live over 65 miles from facility (no local travelers accepted)
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS, telemetry interpretation and dysrhythmia management
- Experience with telemetry monitoring, chest tubes, PCAs, epidurals, and wound vacs required
- Skills include IV insulin protocols, hemodialysis management, heparin protocols, BiPAP/CPAP management, and blood product administration
