Job Description

The Tempus Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Compliance specialist has a key role in supporting the state and the agency partners in ensuring PCA program participants are compliant with the use of EVV and the EVV policies. This role is responsible for implementing and overseeing the Tempus FI aspects of the EVV Compliance policies set forth by MassHealth and ensures Tempus FI satisfies contract requirements.
This role involves a broad range of tasks including: preparing compliance reports and dashboards for the state, agencies and internal teams, monitoring EVV compliance metrics and supporting CMS-related reviews and compliance assessments, overseeing/initiating needed changes to the PowerBI dashboard, researching non-compliance cases, assisting with corrective action plans and/or process improvements, and communicating across departments, with MassHealth and other contracted agencies. This role and associated activities will evolve as EVV compliance requirements increase with the maturity of the implementation.

Essential Job Functions
Serve as primary EVV compliance liaison between:

Analytics
- Maintain and monitor EVV dashboard for EVV usage, program rules violations and other data trends
- Monitor, prepare and share compliance reports for MassHealth and the agenciesβwhich includes analyzing the data to ensure data quality, and to monitor common themes/trends
- Prepare additional reports and present information, as needed, for senior leaders and MassHealth as necessary
Operations
- Monitor the effectiveness of current compliance procedures and tools and lead the efforts to continuously improve to achieve the needed results e.g., identifying breakdowns and root causes and communicating and implementing changes
- Support the development of any new EVV Standard Operating Procedures
- Participate in EVV governance, change-control and system enhancement discussions
- Understand barriers or root causes of why individuals are not compliant and drive remediation plans
- Work with system vendor and EVV SME to resolve technical issues affecting compliance
Research Escalations and Support Communications
- Perform compliance-related research to answer questions or determine if an issue is non-compliant
- Support requests received by MassHealth/Program Integrity Team
- Support agencies and/or work in partnership with EVV Support
- Support state-led outreach and communications related to EVV compliance expectations
- Perform escalation follow-up for non-compliant individuals as necessary
- Oversee the communication plan for EVV Compliance:
- Draft, modify, and distribute EVV compliance communications
- Send PCA non-compliance list to the EVV Support team who assist with PCA outbound calls
- Create lists for Everbridge compliance messages and collaborate with IT to monitor the process.
- Send address list to Mailing Department for warning letter preparation
- Manage all incoming/outgoing EVV compliance-related emails and escalating any observed trends or case specific
Training
- Collaborate with the training and knowledge management teams to ensure EVV guidance is accurate and contract aligned
- Provide EVV Compliance training to Tempus operations teams and other individuals as necessary
- Review EVV job aids, FAQs, scripts and training content for compliance accuracy
Risk Management
- Identify compliance risks and recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance and reduce/eliminate inefficiencies.

THE ROLE
The Client Account Executive role focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition. This is a quota-carrying role, responsible for acquiring, expanding, and managing large accounts. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, highly driven, goal-oriented, and methodical. Demonstrated success and know-how across the full sales cycle from qualification to contract close is critical to success in this role.
The Client Account Executive will focus on software and services sales ultimately driving our customerβs success.
This role can be remote-based in the US (East).
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prospect, develop, and close new business while ensuring we have satisfied and referenceable customers.
- Sell a complete solution of software, services, and support to ensure customer success.
- Active territory management targeting specific companies and collaborating with select partners to drive incremental pipeline.
- Manage complex, enterprise-wide wide sales-cycles and effectively present our value proposition.
- Work methodically with Marketing to develop assigned territory and target account plan to create a healthy rolling 4-quarter pipeline that will yield sufficient pipeline opportunities.
- Orchestrate team selling efforts within assigned territory among Value Engineering and Consulting Delivery Services.
- Demonstrable track record for winning new customers and growing business within existing customers in a competitive environment.
- Effectively conducting sales both in person and via phone/web with high-level industry executives.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Syniti products, accounts, competitors, and industry trends to include knowledge of our key go-to-market functional areas namely Data Migration, Master Data Management, Data Quality, and Data Governance.
- Be proactive in understanding customer needs, the industry vertical, priorities, challenges, constraints, and market trends.
- Leverage executive support for sales strategy, partner leadership engagement, and field escalation resolution.
- Manage sales cycles against the goal of meeting and exceeding quarterly annual sales targets.
- Forecast, manage, and update pipeline activities using .
- Be accountable for accurate forecasting and regular sales performance reviews.
- Attend meetings, trainings, and conferences scheduled individually and for the sales team.

WHAT IT TAKES
- Bachelorβs Degree in a Business or Technology discipline would be an advantage.
- Have the legal right to live and work in the US.
- Ideally at least 7+ years of proven direct and/or indirect sales experience; software sales/service preferred (large enterprise customers).
- Experience with Sandler or similar sales methodology, preferred.
- Experience in territory and pipeline management including prospecting, driving, orchestrating, and closing complex sales cycles.
- Demonstrated value and solutions sales experience.
- Contacts with industry decision-makers including customers, Partners (SAP) and System Integrators (IBM, Accenture, Deloitte).
- Goal-oriented, with a track record of overachievement (Presidentβs Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)
- Highly driven, possessing a strong desire to be successful.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Job Title: Cloud Developer
Job Description
We are seeking an AWS-focused engineer to build and operate a cloud analytics and dashboard layer for device and fleet data. Data lands in S3 and is queried primarily through Amazon Athena. You will own the end-to-end delivery of reliable datasets, SQL queries, and visualization dashboards used by engineering and operations teams. This role requires strong execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with a high bar for quality, operational excellence, and written communication.
Responsibilities
- Own dashboard and analytics deliverables end-to-end (design β build β test β release β operate).
- Build and maintain Amazon Athena SQL queries, views, and datasets that support filtering, drill-down analysis, and repeatable reporting.
- Develop and enhance dashboards using QuickSight and/or CloudWatch dashboards (or equivalent AWS-native visualization tooling).
- Define metrics/KPIs with stakeholders and translate requirements into clear, actionable visualizations.
- Improve cost and performance of analytics workflows (partition strategies, query optimization, efficient formats, and operational guardrails).
- Drive data quality and correctness: detect schema changes, missing partitions, late data, and regressions; write RCAs and implement durable fixes.
- Implement mechanisms that scale (dashboards as mechanisms, SLIs/SLOs where applicable, alarms, runbooks, and automated checks).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams responsible for ingestion/ETL; contribute to ETL as a plus (Lambda, Step Functions, scheduling).
Essential Skills
- 4+ years of relevant experience delivering dashboards and analytics solutions in AWS.
