Nurse Practitioner | Physician Assistant needed for a permanent, part-time (24 hrs/wk) position with a Primary Care clinic just outside Norwich, Connecticut. Internal Medicine, and Primary Care experience preferred, but not required. Start date will be January 1, 2026.

Nurse Practitioner | Physician Assistant - Roles / Responsibilities:

• Provide Internal Medicine / Primary Care services to their own panel of patients at one site - just outside Norwich, Connecticut.
• Coordinate with other clinical and non-clinical staff to provide optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions for Internal Medicine / Primary Care patients.
• Prescribe medication for patients as required or directed.
• Coordinate with specialists.
• Provide education to patients and family members when necessary.

Days | Hours | Compensation | Benefits:

• Part-time / Weekdays only / 24 weekly hours / 3 days per week
• All schedules considered
• Hourly Rate commensurate with experience
• Very minimal call (3-4x per year)
