Job Description
The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of strategic tasks: amplifying call frequency with high-priority targets, triaging and qualifying targeted HCPs, supporting large geographic territories, and engaging aligned sales team micro-focus practitioners. The VSR will create positive, coordinated virtual selling interactions that drive awareness, adoption, and market growth for CARDAMYST. Additionally, they will possess excellent customer service skills and polished marketing and sales acumen to cultivate current office targets and develop new healthcare provider relationships within those offices. These skill sets will also be critical in educating on the clinical profile and first-in-class value of assigned products, addressing questions and concerns, and identifying signals of adoption. Furthermore, they will demonstrate the ability to learn complex medical topics, industry compliance guidelines, patient assistance programs, and navigate pharmacy and insurance landscapes to support account needs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Complete assigned product training at an advanced level, developing a comprehensive understanding of the disease state, assigned product features and benefits, core selling messages, and the clinical profile of a first-in-class therapy.
- Develop expertise in delivering core selling messaging in a virtual environment, reinforcing field strategy and tailoring discussions based on HCP interest level and engagement signals.
- Meet or exceed call expectations, quality engagement metrics, and sales attainment goals set forth by the Client.
- Maintain complete and timely CRM documentation of targeted customer interactions, including call attempts, product discussions, expressed level of interest, and literature requests.
- Develop business relationships with field team to maximize coverage of shared targets.
- Ensure high level of coordination, communication, and collaboration with field-based representative counterparts and field-based Regional Sales Manager. Ensuring that efforts are aligned and coordinated to provide a superior customer experience.
- Coordinate regularly with field-based counterparts to ensure seamless execution of customer interactions and scheduling as appropriate.
- Complete tasks and participate in projects as assigned by the field based Regional Sales Manager, as needed.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to field partners and team leadership regarding account sentiment, adoption signals, and opportunities for increased engagement.
- Comply with all company, PDMA, compliance, and regulatory policies and guidelines.
- Work independently from a remote home office while collaborating cross-functionally in a coordinated territory model.
- Cultivate an assigned virtual territory in alignment with field strategy and be accountable for measurable business results and engagement outcomes.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent experience
- 1+ year of sales experience in an outbound Virtual/Tele-sales or field sales role in a healthcare or pharma field required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and Outlook required with the ability to learn new software as needed.

Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Customer Quality Manager is responsible for leading customer quality performance within the manufacturing environment. - Partner with plant quality and operations teams to ensure robust execution of quality and food safety programs.
- Monitor adherence to customer specifications, process controls, and finished product quality customer requirements.
- Support change management activities, including new product introductions, formula changes, and process modifications.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Food Science, Quality, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality, food safety, or manufacturing operations within food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods.

- Experience working in a manufacturing environment required.
- HACCP or PCQI certification preferred.

- Key Responsibilities:Endpoint Deployment & Management:
- Deploy Windows and Macintosh desktops and laptops adhering to industry standards.
- Provide support for hardware and OS issues, ensuring devices are appropriately patched.
- Assist in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting mobile apps, including enrollment in Mobile Device Management solutions.
- Familiarity with Dell products is a plus.
- Networking:
- Assist users in establishing and maintaining network connectivity for supported devices.
- Adhere to industry standards for connecting devices to networks.
- Interface with networking teams to configure devices and ensure seamless connectivity.
- Software & Collaboration Services:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and collaboration tools.
- Work with tools such as Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Blue Jeans, and cloud storage services.
- Digital Equipment & Vendor Relationships:
- Initiate scientific equipment onboarding process in collaboration with end users and vendors.
- Document vendor requirements, assess infrastructure needs, and engage teams for successful onboarding.
- Information Security & Compliance:
- Ensure safety, confidentiality, and security of all sensitive data.
- Adhere to industry policies, alerting supervisors to issues and advising end users on best practices.
- Collaborate with Information Security to triage and investigate potential breaches.
- Projects & Special Initiatives:
- Support departmental projects, including deploying new capabilities and onboarding new departments.
- Responsibilities may include equipment setup, network configuration, software installation, and other project-specific tasks.
- Qualifications:3+ years of experience in a similar IT role.
- 50/50 Mac vs PC experience, with experience in Dell products.
- Strong face-to-face communication skills, interacting frequently with other groups.
- Patience and resilience, able to handle challenges without getting easily flustered.
- No college degree required; we value practical experience.
- Curious and proactive, demonstrating drive and initiative.

Description
Provides clinical expertise and guidance to Clinical Analysis and appeals team. Acts as the physician advisor for medical necessity appeals and for the Pennsylvania Medical assistance (PAMA) utilization reviews. Acts as a physician resource for the regulatory and revenue cycle denial and appeals processes for hospital activity, including utilization review for all PAMA cases, all UM denials and appeals.
Education
Doctorate Degree Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Required
Experience
General Experience and strong working knowledge of the Interqual Criteria Set and
hospital reimbursement systems Required
General Experience in a role dealing with Second and Third level appeals processes
including direct experience with being an expert witness Required
General Experience in a managed care environment Required
