You will manage a strategic docket with substantial autonomy while working alongside experienced trial attorneys and a well-resourced support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a docket of plaintiff-side employment law matters from inception through trial
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial briefs
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear in court to argue motions and advocate on behalf of clients
- Communicate directly with clients and contribute to overall case strategy
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
- Assist with trial preparation and serve as second chair as needed
Qualifications:
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
- Minimum of three (3) years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience

Compensation & Benefits:
- The annual salary for this position is between $150K-$250K annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
