Role Overview

Counter is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to help bring our creative vision to life across every brand touchpoint. This role is responsible for the design execution and visual storytelling of campaigns, content, and experiences — spanning digital, email, social, print, site updates, some packaging, and IRL moments.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for a designer who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll partner closely with the Creative Director and Brand team, working cross-functionally to translate ideas into thoughtful, elevated design that feels distinctly Counter.

Equal parts designer and visual storyteller, the ideal candidate has strong aesthetic judgment, sharp attention to detail, and a clear point of view — grounded in brand systems but confident enough to push them forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept, design, and execute visual assets for brand marketing campaigns, including email, web, paid ads, organic social, brand partner/community educational assets. Ensure consistency and excellence across touchpoints in adherence with brand guidelines.
• Under Creative Director, own design execution for all email marketing, including template development, triggered flows, and collaboration on A/B testing and audience segmentation in Klaviyo.
• Maintain organization of Brandfolder, our internal digital asset management tool, ensuring assets are accessible and clearly structured for cross-functional teams.
• Manage website design needs in partnership with E-commerce, including asset uploads, cropping, formatting, and pre-launch coordination.
• Retouch, recolor, and optimize imagery for site, email, and marketing channels.
• Serve as the creative point person for pre-launch website meetings, asset checklists, and timelines in partnership with Integrated Marketing Director, ensuring all design needs are met.
• Maintain and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring all work aligns with Counter’s visual standards and creative direction.
• Proactively anticipate creative needs and propose new visual concepts that further the brand’s storytelling and evolution.
• Participate actively in weekly commercial and marketing meetings, maintaining awareness of content usage across channels.

Skills & Qualifications

• 7-10 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong concepting and execution across static and motion design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Fluency in motion graphics, with experience creating short-form animations for social, email, paid media, and digital touchpoints (After Effects or equivalent).
• Experience designing and deploying emails in Klaviyo.
• Experience with Shopify backend and asset management is a plus.
• Basic video editing is a plus.
• Familiarity with , Jira, and Slack for project management and cross-team collaboration.

Role Summary

Role Overview

The Security Manager ensures that every person entering hospitality spaces overseen by On Location, from VIPs to fans and contractors, is authorized to be there. You will oversee and manage a diverse workforce of security access staff and maintain the integrity of the venues to ensure a safe, secure, and seamless flow of people.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership & Training

• Team Oversight: Lead and brief a team of On Location Access Staff on matchday protocols.
• Ensure the proper placement of On Location Access staff at the identified locations and that positions are staffed according to On Location and FIFA requirements

2. Access Control

• Venue Management: Enforce strict access rules for restricted areas, including but not limited to On Location’s: Pitch-side Lounges, VIP Lounges, Pavilions, Villages, and vehicle and vendor access when applicable.
• Problem Solving: Act as the primary escalation point for accreditation discrepancies and failed ticket scans.

3. Safety & Security Integration

• Crowd Flow: Monitor ingress and egress points to prevent overcrowding and ensure that emergency exits remain clear and accessible.
• Inter-Agency Liaison: Coordinate, Venue IT, and FIFA Accreditation teams to align security screening with technical data flows.
• Reporting: Provide real-time data to the Venue Operations Center (VOC) regarding attendance numbers and security incidents in coordination with FIFA Security.
• Emergency Management: Ensure all emergency action procedures for all identified risks are documented, briefed, and trained by all staff at each venue.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in security management, with a specific focus on stadium operations or large-scale international events.

Soft Skills: Calm under extreme pressure; ability to make decisions in high-stress, live environments, all while ensuring the highest level of guest experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Sports Management, or a related field (or equivalent employment and field experience).

Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Spanish is required for the Mexico-based venues.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

• Must be able to work long, irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Clinical Specialist is responsible for positively impacting regulatory standards and clinical outcomes of clinics in an assigned geographic region. The incumbent in this role will be expected to travel throughout LA County ; 75% travel is expected, with (4) days in the field and (1) remote day. The CS is also responsible for the training of new employees and current clinical staff. The CS will also be responsible for conducting in-services and review classes, ensuring that the clinics have properly trained staff that meet regulatory standards and provide quality patient care. The CS reports directly to the next level of clinical management which may be the Director of Clinical Operations or Vice President of Clinical Operations/Services, depending on the region/demographics or responsibilities.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Two (2) years experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis within the last three (3) years.

• Previous dialysis management experience preferred.
