Job Summary: Independently investigates and manages cases of moderate to high exposure and complexity in civil litigation from the inception of the lawsuit until conclusion through dismissal, settlement or trial. Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting processes to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to owners.
Supervision of accounts payable processes and related vendor statements and payments.
Lead the annual audit process, working closely with tax accountants and external auditors to ensure compliance and timely completion.
Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance across all entities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with LLC structures and taxation.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting principles.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
