Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities Review capital project submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal guidelines Provide guidance on capital policies, procedures, and appropriate project processes Collect data and prepare monthly project reports for project managers and executive leadership Verify correct coding on purchasing documents and support accurate financial reporting Maintain and review project workbooks, reports, change orders, and closeout documentation Coordinate with finance, purchasing, accounting, and engineering teams to keep project documentation organized Prepare ad hoc analysis and reporting for internal and external stakeholders Support the engineering team, participate in special projects, and assist with staff training on capital processes Document procedures, decisions, and maintain historical project records Candidate Qualifications Prior experience in project administration or project management support, preferably with capital projects Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint (Sage X3 experience preferred) Ability to read and understand contracts and scopes of work Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Flexible and able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
