The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Software Engineering organization is seeking a Software Configuration Management Specialist (Associate or Experienced) for the Precision Engagement Systems programs team in St. Charles, MO (St. Louis Metro Area) to perform configuration planning, identification, change control, tracking, and verification, and facilitate program baseline management.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate and Experienced Level Configuration Managers.
The Software Configuration Management Specialist will be a member of the build team and will support the Change Configuration Board (CCB). This role reviews all software releases for accuracy, documents CCB meetings by capturing minutes, tracks and follows up on action items, and coordinates final release activities.
The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive self-starter who can independently analyze issues and drive them to resolution. Flexibility, initiative, and resourcefulness are essential to succeed in this role.

Position Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Change Control Board (CCB) process for software: schedule and facilitate CCB meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, track action items, and ensure changes are reviewed and approved before implementation.
Produce and maintain program CM artifacts: CM plans, product/document identification schemes, baselines, and traceability records.
Prepare and process change documents: Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Requests for Variance (RFV), Change Documents/Requests (CD/CRs), and related approvals.
Oversee software build and release activities: plan, schedule, coordinate and execute builds and deployments; operate and improve build/release processes to minimize errors and cycle time.
Manage version control, repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and build environments; resolve environment inconsistencies and release failures.
Perform configuration audits and verification to confirm product/documentation baselines.
Assess prime and supplier contract CM requirements and coordinate supplier change management.
Support determinations of export authority for technical work products and assist with industry quality audits for CM.
Collaborate with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to align release schedules, program planning, and program-level CM activities.
Drive continuous improvement of CM processes, tooling, and metrics.
Basic Qualifications: (Required Skills/ Experience)
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and change management practices
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
1+ years editing PDF and Word files

The Epicor Software Developerβs role is to partner with Epicor system users and IT team members to drive technical solutions. The position is responsible for all phases of the solution lifecycle process, from collecting business requirements through designing, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions. Experience with Epicor ERP application products is important because Epicor ERP, Epicor Electronic Commerce, DocStar ECM, Quick Ship, and Epicor Data Analytics are all used. The Epicor environment at our company supports multi-plant, custom manufacturing business processes, and experience in a similar business environment is preferred. This position responds daily to requests from the entire company Epicor user community as change requests or issues are reported through the service desk ticketing system.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand overall software applications architecture and how to extract and translate logic from applications for solution analysis.
- Support Epicor with heavy emphasis on C# and SQL, BPM, BAQ, and use of other ICE tools.
- Develop and modify dashboards, BAQ and SSRS reports, report styles and RDDβs.
- Support daily production operations, review completion status of scheduled jobs, identify printing issues as they are reported, and monitor SFTP data interfaces.
- Watch for opportunities to recommend improvements using existing applications and organization best practices.
- Assist with server and Internet Information Services (IIS) administration for website and application pool connectivity.
- Collaborate with Epicor user base to understand their needs and fulfill their requests.
- Other duties as assigned to meet departmental and company objectives.
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated C# and SQL programming support, Epicor experience preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years of experience with SQL Server database tools
- Prior use of Epicor programming constructs, business rule management structure, ICE tools
- Knowledge of key Epicor modules and bolt-on applications
- Microsoft Office Applications
- Effective interpersonal communication with international co-workers, management, and vendors.
- Willingness to work directly with end users to develop solutions
- Proactively work through service requests with user support as needed.

Skills and Requirements
The following are preferred for eligibility:
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 3+ years of quota carrying sales experience β prospecting and selling
- A proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year and demonstrated ability to execute a sales process
- A proven track record of building strong business relationships within all levels of the client organization
- Strong ability to persuade and sell unbudgeted solutions
- Experience selling through a channel led motion a plus
- Β Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri.
Duties:
- Lead discovery sessions with application owners and stakeholders
- Identify and document "entanglements" between two merging entities, including physical security, badge readers, payroll systems, and retail operations
- Translate vague business needs into technical specifications for network engineering, active directory, and firewall configurations
- Discern critical applications from non-essential requests
- Push back and validate priorities when faced with hundreds of high-priority requests
- Transition from BA-style discovery to PM-style execution
- Manage task lists, track workstream health, and ensure milestones, 30/60/90 day targets, are met
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business owners, ensuring nomenclature and technical standards are aligned across both organizations
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience acting as both a Business Analyst, gathering/documenting and a Project Manager, driving/executing
- A solid understanding of technical infrastructure, including network engineering, Identity and Access Management, and Cloud versus On-Prem connectivity models
- Previous experience working on large-scale integrations or migrations is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional ability to interview application owners and distill complex technical environments into clear project documentation
