Overview
As the Integration Project Manager, you are the "Master Conductor" of our growth engine. This is our most critical cross-functional role, responsible for ensuring every acquisition is integrated into the CXponent ecosystemβtechnically, commercially, and culturally.

Core Responsibilities
1. Cross-Functional PMO Leadership
- The Playbook: Build, own, and iterate on the CXponent Integration Playbook covering the entire lifecycle from Due Diligence to Day 100.
- Command Center: Manage the master project plan involving all workstreams: IT, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Legal.
- Stakeholder Management: Hold executive leaders accountable to integration timelines and synergy targets.
2. Commercial & Growth Integration (Sales & Marketing)

Primary Purpose of Position
Responsible for execution of turbine generator outage execution project teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities consistent with Constellation and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals. Implements standardization of outage processes and procedures across assigned Constellation CECs. Reinforces standards and expectations for Outage Planning & Services personnel and other personnel who interface with Outage Planning & Services to establish an error free and professional work environment. Always enforce procedure use and adherence, Human Performance (HU) fundamentals, Technical Human Performance (THU) techniques, and provide coaching and mentoring as necessary to achieve continuous improvement.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Perform development of detailed plans, identification and assignment of personnel, and development of detailed work scope.
- Develop scope schedule and budget with the life cycle cost management system.
- Apply expert knowledge in execution of refueling outage services at assigned CEC. Provide primary communication with client CEC management and major vendor service organization.
- Direct project completion and close out of financial and technical documentation. Provide fiscal data and promote fiscal accountability among all project participants
- Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and promoting these improvement initiatives among all project participants at CECs.
- Responsible to effectively communicate technical, financial, and work progress status to all levels of corporate and CEC management.
- Reinforce appropriate fundamental behaviors in area of assigned responsibility. Includes administering coaching, mentoring, and performance management for managers and employees
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of power generation experience OR
- Associate's degree with 10 years of power generation experience OR
- High school diploma/GED with 12 years of power generation experience
- Demonstrated leadership in a minimum of 3 refueling outages
- Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Job Summary: The Account Executive will drive revenue growth by selling Jungle Scout Cobalt 2.0 to mid-market and enterprise brands and agencies. This role is critical for scaling our Enterprise Business Unit and delivering impactful solutions that help global consumer brands optimize their Amazon and retail media strategies.

Key Outcomes and Objectives:- Achieve and exceed sales quotas by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Position Jungle Scout as the go-to solution for Amazon competitive intelligence and retail media analytics.
Primary Objective: Deliver consistent revenue growth by driving full-cycle sales, building a robust pipeline, and closing deals with strategic clients.
Key Performance Objectives:
- Build a sales pipeline of self-sourced opportunities through outbound prospecting within the first 60 days.
- Close an estimated 3β5 deals in the first 6 months, aligned with ramping quotas:
- 0% in Month 1
- 25% in Month 2
- 50% in Month 3
- 100% in Month 4 onward.
- Successfully sell enterprise solutions with an average deal size of $100K+ ARR by the end of the first year.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Revops and Technical teams throughout the sales cycle to ensure seamless onboarding and client success.

Experience:
- Proven success in a B2B SaaS sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience in enterprise sales, managing complex, multi-step deal cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to source and close self-generated deals.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following domains: ecommerce, retail media, or data/analytics platforms.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Strong data literacy and ability to leverage dashboards and insights in sales conversations.

This position is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining broadcast transmission systems, playout operations, and related infrastructure.

Qualifications: Bachelorβs degree in Broadcast Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
3+ years of experience in broadcast engineering, network operations, or related technical field.
Strong knowledge of broadcast transmission systems, video/audio formats, and signal flow.
Familiarity with playout automation, monitoring tools, and IP-based broadcast workflows.
Hands-on experience with satellite, fiber, and IP delivery methods.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
