Job Description

A Concierge is committed to resident satisfaction in the apartment community. This position will assist in the daily workflow to ensure that all events, service requests are handled quickly and professionally. The position operates on a 24/7 basis in some locations, and specifically evening shifts in other locations. (The shifts are customized as required by each site.) Basic responsibilities will fill the role of hospitality ambassador at the site, as the concierge is the first point of contact for residents, visitors, prospects and vendors. The ideal candidate for the position will be enthusiastic, outgoing with an excellent customer service mindset. This position is to satisfy resident’s requests, questions and needs, serve as a liaison to the Management office, assist in renting apartments (to include information, tours, taking calls) when the leasing office is closed or needs dictate.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence.
  • E-file documents with courts and administrative agencies in compliance with procedural rules.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical case files.
  • Request, review, and organize medical records, billing records, or other case-related documentation as applicable.

Client Communication & Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients.
  • Provide case status updates and gather necessary information and documentation.
  • Assist clients in completing required forms and paperwork.

Administrative Support

  • Answer and direct calls, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Process mail and ensure proper case documentation.
  • Assist attorneys with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Experience (Required)

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and filing requirements.

Education (Preferred)

  • Associate's degree or related legal education preferred.

Skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal case management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
