Basic Qualifications for a Sr Principal Engineer:

• Air Breathing Propulsion knowledge and experience on aircraft (subsonic, supersonic or hypersonic) or missile systems.

• Perform inspection of runway and taxiway construction activities including FAA P-501 PCCP slip form and side form paving operations, ensuring compliance with specialized concrete paving equipment practices, vibration setup, paver speed, screed inspection, finishing, and surface treatment requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections of FAA P-401 asphalt placement and compaction activities, including air-void testing, surface defect repair, release agent application, and cold milling, patching, profiling, and grade correction operations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with brand, marketing, supply chain, operations and other teams to drive the full implementation of products from concept to launch.

2. Conduct product testing and flavor optimization based on user research, competitor analysis and store trials.

3. Participate in new product R&D, formula adjustment and raw material selection to ensure flavor, cost and stability.

4. Track the performance of launched products and conduct continuous review and iteration.

5. Assist in establishing a North American localized product database and standardized R&D documents.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Catering Management, Nutrition or related fields.

2. Over 2 years of product development experience in catering, tea beverage or FMCG industry.

3. Familiar with food raw materials, formulas and basic process design, with sensory evaluation and cost control capabilities.

4. Fluent in English, with excellent cross-cultural communication and project coordination skills.

5. Strong logical thinking and pressure resistance; candidates with experience in tea beverage or beverage chain brands are preferred.

Process Controls Engineer

Los Angeles, CA | Up to 50% Travel | Manufacturing / Mining Environment

We are working with an industry leading organization looking to bring on a Process Controls Engineer to support the design, development, and implementation of industrial control systems across multiple facilities.

This role will focus on delivering process control design, PLC programming, and automation support within a heavy industrial environment such as manufacturing, mining, or aggregates production.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and develop process control systems for industrial production facilities
• Program and maintain PLC and HMI systems, primarily Rockwell / Allen Bradley platforms
• Support the design, installation, and commissioning of plant automation systems
• Provide cost estimates and technical input for plant modifications and new facilities
• Manage and support automation projects, working with internal teams and external contractors
• Review project designs for feasibility, cost effectiveness, and technical accuracy
• Support plant operations through troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the standardization and modernization of control systems across facilities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Controls or Automation Engineering
• Strong experience with Rockwell / Allen Bradley PLC systems
• Experience working in manufacturing, aggregates, mining, or heavy industrial environments
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming, HMI development, and industrial networking
• Ability to support multiple projects and plant locations
• Strong troubleshooting and field support experience

Additional Skills That Are a Plus

• Experience with SCADA platforms such as Wonderware or PI Historian
• Knowledge of industrial networking, SQL, or plant reporting systems
• Electrical engineering background or related technical degree

Location & Travel

This role is based in Los Angeles, CA with up to 50% travel to support operational sites and project work.
