Our Research Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting in research patient visits according to ICH-GCP guidelines and according to the IRB-approved study protocol and/or manual of procedures. Position Summary

The Estimating Department is responsible for producing project-specific construction estimates based on client requirements.

As an Electrical Estimator, you will:

-Develop accurate and timely electrical construction estimates for bids and proposals using McCormick

Estimating Software.

-Analyze and interpret detailed drawings and specifications.

-Perform quantity takeoffs and correctly input data into estimating software.

-Evaluate and price value-engineered alternatives to plans and specifications.

-Prepare budget pricing from schematic drawings and narratives.

-Draft scope letters, proposals, and vendor solicitations.

-Participate in job walks, pre-bid meetings, and client/design professional conferences.
