Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks for all types of chiller systems, air and water cooled, for both commercial and industrial.
• Positively respond to heavy workload of service calls in a professional manner.
• Ensures customers’ questions/concerns have been addressed before leaving the work site.
• Repair, troubleshoot and maintain packaged and split systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repairs various makes and models of equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of industrial and commercial HVAC equipment primarily chillers but could include split systems, packaged rooftop units, cooling towers and pumps, as needed.
• Demonstrate ability to determine priorities based on call schedule, respond to inadvertent interruptions, carry proper tools and materials, and schedule vehicle maintenance.
• Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in the repair of air and water cooled, heating and air condition equipment in commercial and industrial buildings.

• Keep supervisor and manager informed of new developments, changes, or customer complaints.
• Perform daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field.

The Role

The Integration Manager will play a critical role in the successful delivery of complex data center projects. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the integration of technical infrastructure systems and ensuring they are delivered, tested, and operational in line with project milestones.

Working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams, the Integration Manager ensures all systems and stakeholders are aligned from early project phases through to handover and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Infrastructure Coordination

• Lead coordination and delivery of key technical infrastructure systems across data center projects.
• Oversee integration of multiple systems including telecoms, security, facility networks, and operational platforms.
• Track and report on delivery status across critical technical scopes.

Project Delivery & Milestones

The Role:

The MEP Project Manager is responsible for managing, field inspections, problem solving, and coordinating all necessary Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes the selection and management of MEP subcontractors, and the review, management, and administration of mechanical bid tabs/Exhibit Bs, MEP submittals, monthly MEP requisitions and change orders, and MEP contractor schedule/performance.

Projects succeed or fail in the field - and that responsibility sits with the Superintendent. In our Austin office, we are looking to add a field leader who takes pride in running a disciplined, well-organized jobsite and keeping projects moving forward. You will oversee subcontractor coordination, schedule progress, inspections, and daily site operations while serving as the key link between the field, project leadership, and ownership teams from mobilization through completion.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage day to day field operations for commercial construction projects

• Coordinate subcontractor activities and site logistics

• Maintain schedule alignment with project management teams

• Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain compliance

• Coordinate inspections and maintain communication with local officials

• Oversee field quality and jobsite documentation

Background

• Stable work history with reputable commercial General Contractors

• Experience running commercial projects as a Superintendent

• Clinical Excellence & Care Delivery: Deliver high-quality direct nursing care by adhering to organizational protocols while implementing and monitoring customized patient care plans.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
