The Senior Manager, Customer & Lifecycle Marketing will lead the strategy and execution of integrated lifecycle campaigns across our customer base—spanning onboarding, adoption, cross-sell, upsell, renewal, and advocacy. This role sits at the intersection of data, content, and customer experience, ensuring every touchpoint delivers value and reinforces the Matterport brand.


The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor with creative storytelling and has a proven record of turning insights into impactful programs that nurture relationships and accelerate growth. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align unified retention and expansion strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the customer journey from post-acquisition through renewal, mapping lifecycle stages and developing multi-channel campaigns to improve activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Build and lead the Customer & Lifecycle Marketing function—defining vision, KPIs, and operating rhythm for programs that scale globally across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • Develop automated nurture and re-engagement programs using marketing automation and CRM tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Gainsight) to deliver personalized, behavior-based experiences.
  • Design retention and expansion strategies including onboarding sequences, in-product communications, renewal plays, and cross-sell/upsell journeys.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with at least 3 years leading lifecycle, retention, or customer marketing programs.
  • Proven success building automated nurture, onboarding, and expansion journeys using marketing automation platforms (Marketo).
  • Strong analytical acumen; ability to interpret customer data, segmentation, and usage patterns into actionable strategies.
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and lifecycle measurement frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing.

Service Desk Agent Falls Church, VA Secret Clearance We are looking for a Service Desk Agent to join our team in support of the SOF- MEDCOP program.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems and providing customer support while utilizing their security clearance.

Job Description: The individual will perform hourly data ingests and respond to Tier 1 and 2 tickets onsite in support of a live, production technology.

The role involves 8 hour shifts at the client site in Falls Church, VA.

The shifts are 7am-3pm.

Manages manual data ingests occurring on average once every 30 minute Receives and logs customer problem/request/issues by documenting the problem and updating the customers contact information.

Performs initial level of problem identification and attempts to resolve routine or basic issues using provided knowledge articles when appropriate.

Escalates to more senior team members as appropriate.

Assists with monitoring and tracking incidents.

Follows through to resolution within the customer Service Level requirement by taking notes on the steps outlined within the provided knowledge articles in the problem ticket and makes prompt notification to responsible party for resolution in order to minimize the amount of time taken to resolve customer issues.

Performs incident notification and escalation of problems/request/issues to responsible party.

Performs follow up on all incidents with customer to provide exceptional customer satisfaction.

Follows defined process to document problems within tracking software and database.

Through provided training, attains knowledge of customer and customer specific business environment.

Attains an understanding of customer Service Level requirement.

Through training, attains the necessary technical skills and understanding of supported clients with the Service Desk to achieve problem resolution goals.

Seeks opportunities to improve knowledge, skills and performance and is receptive to constructive criticism.

Other supporting duties, as directed.

Willingness to work overtime and varying hours as required.

Minimum Qualifications AS or BS degree in computer\information systems or related field.

2-5 years of applicable work experience Must have an active Secret security clearance Must have an active or be able to obtain Security+ Certification Must be a U.S.

citizen Must work on client-site in Fall Church, VA Industry certifications.
