Salary: $24.92 per hour-$35.73 per hour/$50,225-$72,000 annually, commensurate to experience

As a Commercial IA Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting GEICO's customer's directly and supporting our agency partners as they sell and service policies!
The Commercial IA Support Agent:
Take incoming calls and provide expert guidance to support the growth of our independent agency channel.
Be the first contact for agents and their customers: answering coverage and underwriting questions, supporting policy changes, and providing troubleshooting support for both sales and service functions.

Qualifications & Skills:

The Work
* Attainment and upkeep of customers' accounts including maintaining updated customer information in the store computer system and documenting all customer payment appointments.

* Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
* Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals

Requirements
* United States at least 21 years old with a valid state Driver's License and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy; including satisfactory MVR (driving record). Canada at least the age of 18.

The Sales Specialist 1 is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by executing the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model. Position Hiring Range
The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Compensation: $15.50 - $20.15

- Manage contract renewals/price increases; coordinate with the AE and/or management team as appropriate
- Present information to assigned customers in an organized and persuasive fashion for contract renewals, service issue discussions, or additional product sales
- Regular attendance on the Monthly Account Manager Call
- Provide monthly account updates and document all new service opportunities in

Knowledge & Skills:

Pay Range: $68,696 $114,313

The Opportunity

Experienced Dallas real estate broker and investor is seeking a licensed Texas real estate agent to assist with showing homes to buyer clients and help support the growth of an active real estate investment business.
This role is ideal for a motivated agent who wants access to buyer leads, hands-on experience in residential sales, and the opportunity to learn how to identify and acquire investment properties.
The position will involve showing homes to buyer clients as well as assisting approximately 10-15 hours per week with various aspects of the business including research, property analysis, and supporting real estate investment opportunities.
