What you’ll achieve

As a Field Service Engineer , you will collaborate with peers, apply technical expertise, diagnosis tools and analytical practices to resolve customer issues, taking care of our customers by delivering outstanding on-site support and creating a great customer experience.

You will:
Triage issues with direction from Dell support

Execute plan of action from Dell Domain Engineer/L3 - (communicate using Teams, Email, and Phone)

Document POA results, logs and service report (parts numbers/PPID of old/new parts replaced) to Dell via case email

Reseating parts, swap or replace parts, upgrading firmware as needed

Sever testing and validation (running diagnostics, capturing & uploading logs)

Essential Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience, plus either an Associate's Degree in a technical discipline OR an equivalent combination of professional experience and education

Experience delivering technical Field Services supporting hardware and software at client sites

Experience in a customer facing role, including successfully reporting and presenting to all levels of the organization

Experience working in locations where client has a large, concentrated deployment of assets and experience with networking and Fiber

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs waist high to replace components on the server stacks

Desirable Requirements:
Dell EMC Proven Professional Specialist Level certification (1 or more: CPSD (Converged, Hyper Converged) and Server (PowerEdge)

Compensation

The Work  



  • Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including maintaining updated customer information in the store computer system and documenting all customer payment appointments.
  • Direct contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s) both in home visits and over the phone 
  • Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments 
  • Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals 
  • Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management 
  • Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned 
  • Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily 
  • Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle 
  • Safely operate company vehicle 
  • Assist the Sales Team as needed
  • Any reasonable duties requested by management 

Requirements



  • United States at least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy; including satisfactory MVR (driving record). Canada at least the age of 18.   
  • Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (United States)
  • Ability to work schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly
  • Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Core Description: The Project Manager manages small to large-scale complex projects from project initiation to project close-out. Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure proper communication, accurate and on-time reporting, and management of the schedule. Project Leadership:

  • Serve as a mentor and coach to assistant project managers, offering guidance and support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operational Finance & Decision Support

· Serve as a trusted finance business partner to regional and branch operations leaders, supporting day-to-day and strategic decision-making

· Assess and maintain standard costs to reflect changes in key cost inputs

· Analyze job-level, branch-level, and regional profitability, including labor, material, and overhead performance

· Develop and monitor KPIs related to margin, productivity, backlog, capacity utilization, and cost control

· Identify operational inefficiencies and margin improvement opportunities; quantify financial impact, and support execution

· Evaluate and optimize incentive compensation for operations team to drive performance and clarity

Golden Reserve is looking for an experienced advisor to lead the Toledo region supporting 2 locations. This leadership role will have the opportunity to execute client meetings and lead a team of financial retirement planners. The expectation will be to establish yourself as a top-tier sales performer in the first 12-month period, then you will assume management and leadership of your team. This is a player-coach role that is 75% client-facing sales and 25% leadership management.

- Salary

o $200,000 - $225,000 salary, based on experience

o Additional uncapped production and bonus compensation

o Guaranteed $50,000 salary bump increase after first 12 months

We Require:

- Five (5)+ Years of new client selling experience (not servicing)

- State Life & Health Insurance Licenses

- FINRA Series 65, or equivalent
