Customer Service Support Supervisor
The Customer Support Service Supervisor is responsible for the independent oversight of all dispatch operations within their assigned service team, territory, or region. Acting as the primary point of contact within the Service Coordination group, the Supervisor ensures seamless communication among customers, technicians, and management, while delivering timely and efficient customer service. This role serves as both a subject matter expert in Customer Support Services Team (CSST) processes and a trainer/mentor for Service Coordinators and administrative staff. With minimal direct oversight, the Supervisor exercises sound judgment and decision-making authority to resolve issues, enhance processes, and ensure adherence to service and company standards.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
Supervision & Leadership
- Serve as the direct line of support for Service Coordinators/Administrative Assistants within the region.
- Monitor, train, and mentor Service Coordinators, ensuring clear understanding of processes, compliance, and performance expectations.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and routine one-on-ones with assigned team members.

Process Improvement & Development
- Regularly evaluate customer support and operations processes; recommend enhancement opportunities to the department director.

Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- General courses in accounting preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a customer service-related role with exposure to operations or accounting administration.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Coordinator or Dispatcher.
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and terminology required.
- In-depth understanding of dispatch center operations, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Benefits and Compensation:
- The range for this position has been established at $72,000 to $101,000 per year and is U.S. Engineering - Service's good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. Compensation for this role includes a base salary complemented by commission opportunities based on the Account Manager’s individual sales performance and attainment of sales targets

Job Description
The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of strategic tasks: amplifying call frequency with high-priority targets, triaging and qualifying targeted HCPs, supporting large geographic territories, and engaging aligned sales team micro-focus practitioners. The VSR will create positive, coordinated virtual selling interactions that drive awareness, adoption, and market growth for CARDAMYST. Additionally, they will possess excellent customer service skills and polished marketing and sales acumen to cultivate current office targets and develop new healthcare provider relationships within those offices. These skill sets will also be critical in educating on the clinical profile and first-in-class value of assigned products, addressing questions and concerns, and identifying signals of adoption. - Maintain complete and timely CRM documentation of targeted customer interactions, including call attempts, product discussions, expressed level of interest, and literature requests.
- Develop business relationships with field team to maximize coverage of shared targets.
- Ensure high level of coordination, communication, and collaboration with field-based representative counterparts and field-based Regional Sales Manager. Ensuring that efforts are aligned and coordinated to provide a superior customer experience.
- Coordinate regularly with field-based counterparts to ensure seamless execution of customer interactions and scheduling as appropriate.
- Complete tasks and participate in projects as assigned by the field based Regional Sales Manager, as needed.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to field partners and team leadership regarding account sentiment, adoption signals, and opportunities for increased engagement.
- Comply with all company, PDMA, compliance, and regulatory policies and guidelines.
- Work independently from a remote home office while collaborating cross-functionally in a coordinated territory model.
- Cultivate an assigned virtual territory in alignment with field strategy and be accountable for measurable business results and engagement outcomes.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent experience

Work closely with the guide community to identify enterprise leads and networking opportunities to promote the portfolio and connect directly with potential enterprise customers.
Negotiate and close new business deals with enterprise customers on eLearning offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams and the guide community to map enterprise customers' learning needs and inform product portfolio initiatives and roadmap to address their specific requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise organizations, including C-suite executives, HR departments, and agile transformation teams.
Oversee enterprise accounts, provide after-sales support and identify incremental opportunities for agile training support.
Identify and establish partnerships with consulting firms and other players in the agile transformation space to create comprehensive solutions for enterprise customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns targeting enterprise customers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry developments.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, etc.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or a similar role, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing enterprise customers.
Experience in the Learning & Development or Edtech space is highly desirable.
Previous experience in partnership development and management is a plus.
Experience in the agile certifications and training industry is highly desirable.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience in implementing agile practices in product development.

The District Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores) including, sales, payroll recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink and all related functions.
Duties also include the construction and opening, operating and closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores.
Applicants must be at least 21, have a flexible schedule and have 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
