Medi Home Care, a division of Medical Services of America, Inc., currently seeks an experienced full-time Account Executive for our Home Medical Equipment Division in Statesville, Hickory (Alexander, Rowan, Iredell, Yadkin, Catawba, Lincoln, Caldwell, Burke, Wilkes, and McDowell Counties), North Carolina.
Responsibilities of Account Executives include:
- Ability to perform an initial territory market analysis and required business development plans quarterly/annually.
- Develop and establish new business referral sources consistently.
- Successfully maintain current relationships with referral sources.
- Meet regularly with the clinical team.
- Identify and implement market strategies with sales and clinical teams resulting in continued census growth.
- Maintains knowledge of Medicare and State specific home health care regulations.
- Obtains physician's order for specified treatments and participates in the referral process.
- Promote MSA's entire umbrella of services across the home health continuum
Job Requirements
- 3- 5 years sales experience or relevant experience preferably in healthcare.
- Outstanding communication skills accompanied by excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- General knowledge base of physician, hospital, skilled nursing, assisted living, and discharge planning needs.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and consistently meet established quotas.
- Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record and company required auto liability insurance.

About the Role
We’re looking for a customer-focused, detail-driven Inside Sales Representative to support our growing chemical, parts, and equipment sales operations. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers, field sales reps, and internal teams to ensure a responsive, informed, and positive sales experience across all brands.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email regarding parts, equipment, and chemistry
- Proactively prospect new accounts through outbound calls and targeted outreach
- Follow up on trade show leads, online inquiries, and dormant accounts
- Prepare quotes, enter sales orders, and track order status from start to finish
- Maintain strong product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful technical guidance
- Support field sales reps with pricing, documentation, research, and customer information
- Work closely with purchasing and logistics teams to confirm inventory and shipping timelines
- Keep CRM records (Salesforce or similar) accurate and up to date
- Resolve customer challenges with professionalism, urgency, and effective communication
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen our customer experience and internal workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, order entry, or lead generation
- Industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or equipment-based industry experience a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence with outbound calling and speaking to new or unfamiliar customers
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn detailed product features quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

As an Application Sales Engineer, you’ll be at the intersection of technical expertise and customer engagement, helping mills operate more efficiently while identifying and implementing solutions that increase productivity and extend equipment life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with paper mill customers to identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct machine audits, optimization studies, and shutdown inspections to improve operational performance.
- Partner closely with the Technical Service Engineer in your region to deliver end-to-end support for customers.
- Troubleshoot machine clothing, roll cover, and bowed roll issues, providing practical recommendations and solutions.
- Assist mills in setting up value reporting systems and maintaining accurate operational data.
- Use proprietary modeling software to optimize press sections and enhance machine productivity.
- Provide detailed on-site reports after service visits, summarizing findings, opportunities, and next steps.
- Stay proactive in identifying new applications or product upgrades to support customer needs.
- Communicate market trends, competitive insights, and opportunities to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Manage an expense budget in alignment with company guidelines.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business preferred – or equivalent experience in maintenance, production, or technical sales in the pulp & paper industry
- Proven relationship-building and communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand mill operations and equipment performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management tools
