District Manager: Fast Casual Restaurants

The Role
You'll lead a portfolio of fast-casual restaurants across central IL, driving performance through strong unit-level operators and a culture of accountability. This is a hands-on, field-first role — you're in restaurants, developing managers, and solving problems, not sitting behind a desk.
What You'll Own
- P&L performance across all units — sales, labor, food cost, and EBITDA
- Hiring, developing, and retaining General Managers and their teams
- Executing brand standards, food safety compliance, and guest experience expectations

- Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
- Follow all Loss Prevention guidelines, including daily bag and purse checks.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Point of Sale (\"POS\") procedures.
- Understand and execute all policies regarding payments, exchanges and Loss Prevention practices.
- Perform merchandising tasks, such as handling freight, re-merchandising, preparing displays, completing price markdowns, and transfers.
- Consistently maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle's mission statement.
