Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers’ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers!
The Driver, Formula CDL-A is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight and drive and drop routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
- Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed.
- Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required.
- Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
- Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
- Performs count check of items and check customer invoices of products that have been loaded.
- Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight.
- Moves tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
- Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
- Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
- Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy.
- Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
- Collects money (cash or checks) where required. Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors.
- Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
- Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
- Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
- Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
- At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent• 12+ months commercial driving
• Valid CDL-A
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
• Pass road test
• Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card
• Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift; product generally ranges from between 10-35 pounds and up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location

- Resolve past due memberships
- Ensure the gym is kept clean and all equipment organized and in working order at all times.
- Ensure all Opening & Closing Procedures are completed as scheduled and outlined.
- Develop a scheduled cleaning program and ensure team members carry out tasks in a high quality, timely manner
- Order inventory and supplies as needed
- Work closely with owner to hire, properly train, and motivate employees
- Drive the educational training, development, and performance review of employees in a timely manner, and help facilitate the latest knowledge in the fitness industry
- Conduct monthly team trainings/meetings and inform employees of all marketing promotions and new policies, and provide guidance toward achieving individual career and company goals
- Provide sales support and training to staff to maintain a high conversion rate

About the Role
As a Global Procurement & Trade Manager, you will own supplier procurement, purchase execution, and manage international trade operations across Pegasus’s global supply chain. This role is responsible for issuing purchase orders, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, and facilitating import/export customs compliance for shipments into the United States and other international markets. You will work closely with Pegasus manufacturing and sourcing, our logistics partners, finance, planning/forecasting, and the sales operations to ensure material availability, optimize cost control, and ensure compliant global movement of goods. The Global Procurement & Trade Manager will report directly to the Head of Manufacturing & Supply Chain and will support the Director of Business Intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Procurement & Supplier Management
- Own end-to-end procurement execution with domestic and international suppliers.
- Plan, issue and manage purchase orders aligned to approved demand plan.
- Support domestic and international strategic supplier selection.
- Monitor and track supply chain pricing, sourcing lead times, MOQs and contractual sourcing terms, indexed with prevailing material, labor costs, logistics, FOREX and import duties.
- Work closely with Manufacturing & Sourcing to build strong supply chain partnerships, ensuring timely capacity development, consistent product quality, risk mitigation, and best value landed COGs.

The ideal candidate will oversee the company's operations in the Pacific Northwest region. They will develop and manage equipment sales and rental opportunities within the construction and deep foundations industry. Ensure that operations run smoothly and that target goals and revenues are met. This candidate will build relationships with customers throughout a territory and generate new leads for business.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage sales accounts relationships in assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new customer acquisition
- Conduct cold-calls for potential leads
- Communicate with established leads within territory and develop rapport
- Travel to customer visits, active project sites, and trade shows
- Review construction documents and bid specifications to identify project needs
- Recommend appropriate equipment solutions tailored to each project’s requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' of experience in heavy equipment rentals and sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to hit sales quotas

Position Summary As an Arborist Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting sales and branch operations.
A typical day may include: Making outbound sales calls and generating leads Creating proposals and scheduling customer appointments Maintaining multiple sales calendars Providing world-class customer service on inbound calls Building positive rapport with customers and processing payments Administering the customer database and maintaining accurate records Completing paperwork efficiently and supporting Sales Arborists Participating in call monitoring and coaching sessions for training and quality support This is a fast-paced and highly collaborative role, offering opportunities to build your knowledge, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of the team.
About You You are eager to learn and grow within the business and the arboricultural industry.
You bring: An associate’s degree or higher (preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner Previous success with outbound calling and sales/marketing (2+ years a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and database systems (training provided) Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, and multiline phone systems A strong eye for accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
