We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. This role is hands-on and highly collaborative, with a focus on digital design, social media, email marketing, mobile app content, and loyalty program engagement.

Key Responsibilities

·     Design and produce creative assets for social, email, app, and web

·     Design and manage promotional campaigns aligned with category strategy, including in-store displays, digital promotions, and marketing initiatives to optimize sales and profitability. 

·     Manage day-to-day social media content planning, posting, and community engagement

·     Support and optimize loyalty program components to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention

·     Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of Marketing experience, working in a similar capacity
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business or related field
• Strong design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Advance knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload along with project assignments.
• Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively present ideas.
• Self-starter who can recognize needs, gaps, and opportunities
• Retail or related industry experience a plus

As a Customer Service Associate II, you'll be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. While focusing on providing a clean, welcoming environment, you will be fully cross-trained to support the cash register and able to switch to front-end duties as needed. Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards
• Merchandising and stocking as needed
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets
• Other duties as assigned*

Your Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
• High level of integrity is required
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required

Requirements:

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. But some managers also lead Departments. These managers' responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers.

The Guest Service Department Manager's responsibilities may include making sure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are done well, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the Front Counter McCaf and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service.

The Kitchen Department Manager's responsibilities may include making sure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, and fast, that food is always safe, that food cost is controlled, and that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new items that are added to the menu.

What You Will Do:

• Safely operate vehicles to include (not limited to) 22-ft dual axel delivery trucks.
• Delivery, unloading, and exchanging of Nalco equipment at customer locations.
• Work with Nalco equipment including but not limited to changing filters, exchanging tanks, or UV replacement.
• Troubleshoot Nalco equipment including calibration of meters, changing pumps, clamping hoses, and other preventative maintenance work as needed.
• Make between 2-10 customer deliveries per day as needed.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and handcart to maneuver equipment at warehouse and customer locations.
• Always maintain trucks and equipment in a safe and operable condition by performing daily and periodic mechanical and safety inspections.
• Responsible for accurate up-to-date delivery location maps, and operates in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Maintain driver's hours of service by using Samsara and/or paper logbook reporting.
• Maintain regular communication with sales and supervisors to report field problems and/or safety hazards.
• Work closely with Nalco's sales team to satisfy customer requirements.
• Wear appropriate safety gear at all times during delivery operations.
• Keep current on safety techniques and take advantage of all opportunities to improve driving and safety skills
• Recognize and avoid safety hazards in the work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Possess a current Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL), issued by the state in which the candidate resides.
• TWIC Card preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
• 3 years of an acceptable motor vehicle record
• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
