AT A GLANCE:
The Vice President of Retail Performance will be responsible for driving sales growth and operational excellence across our network of up to 50 retail locations, achieving revenue targets within a range of $300 million to $500 million. This strategic leadership role requires a strong focus on enhancing customer experience, optimizing sales performance, and leading a high-performing retail leadership team. This executive requires a deep understanding of retail metrics, consumer behavior, and team development to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
DAY IN THE LIFE AS THIS EXECUTIVE MEMORY MAKER:
Sales Strategy Development:
• Drive execution of our sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share and expand market share across all retail locations.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic initiatives, and innovate sales strategy and improvements.
Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic retail sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
Establish clear sales objectives and performance metrics; conduct regular performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the retail sales team to achieve sales goals and foster a culture of excellence.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
• Spearhead’s initiatives aimed at improving the in-store customer experience and building long-term customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling promotional campaigns that drive foot traffic and conversions.
Sales Performance Management:
•Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; adjust strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Implement best practices in retail sales processes to streamline operations and enhance sales effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with merchandising, supply chain, and finance teams to align inventory management with sales goals.
• Serve as a key liaison between corporate and retail locations to communicate sales strategies and objectives.
Budget and Forecasting:
• Develop and manage the retail sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management to inform business decisions.
Operational Excellence:
• Ensure compliance with Broad River Retail policies and procedures across all retail locations.
• Optimize retail operations to improve efficiency and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Reporting and Accountability:
• Provide regular updates to the Executive Vice President on sales performance, team progress, and strategic initiatives.
• Hold team members accountable for achieving sales targets and operational goals.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA preferred, or commensurate work experience.
Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in retail sales management, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in a multi-store environment.
• Experience in the furnishing or home goods industry is strongly preferred.
Skills:
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in retail management software and analytics tools.

Project Estimator
We are seeking a skilled Project Estimator to develop detailed and competitive cost estimates for custom equipment, systems, and technical projects. This role partners with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to evaluate customer requirements, clarify scope, and generate accurate proposals. The position plays a key role in supporting business growth by ensuring projects are clearly defined, properly priced, and positioned for successful execution.
Responsibilities
- Review customer specifications, drawings, RFQs, and technical documentation to determine project scope and requirements
- Develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, components, fabrication, and subcontracted services
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations teams to define solution concepts and pricing strategies
- Obtain vendor and subcontractor quotations for purchased equipment, components, and services
- Prepare formal proposals, pricing summaries, and project scope documentation
- Evaluate project risks, schedules, and technical considerations during the estimating process
- Support project handoff meetings to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution teams
- Track estimate accuracy by reviewing completed project costs and identifying improvement opportunities
- Assist with value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
- Maintain estimating databases and historical cost records
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience estimating technical projects, equipment, or engineered systems
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or production processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience estimating material costs, purchased components, and subcontracted services
- Ability to develop accurate labor estimates based on production capabilities and processes
- Experience working with bills of materials (BOMs) and cost breakdown structures
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for cost analysis and estimate tracking
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or engineered solutions environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems and estimating software

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to provide strategic oversight of continuous improvement initiatives across a manufacturing division. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, reducing waste and cost, and improving productivity through structured CI methodologies. You will partner closely with plant leaders and cross-functional teams to implement sustainable process improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with divisional goals.
• Partner with plant leaders to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that improve operational performance.

Key member of the sales leadership team, Director of Sales-Shop At Home is the general manager of the in-home business unit servicing markets without Blinds To Go showrooms (BTG Partners Program). Directly managing and working closely with shop-at-home outside contractors, installers and collaborating with other senior managers, he/she will develop and implement systems and processes that support rapid growth of this business.
