Responsibilities:- Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients
- Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profiles
- Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs
- Keep bookkeeping systems, sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress to monthly and quarterly sales quotas to stakeholders
- Continue your education on evolving insurance industry protocols to adequately fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims to customers’ satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Some experience with accounting or sales lead software is beneficial
- Demonstrated comprehension of the insurance industry, insurance products, risk management profiles, and associated state and federal regulations
- Insurance license required
- Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required

Your primary responsibility will be to achieve and maintain optimum occupancy via the leasing of units and renewal of existing leases.
What you will do
- Lease apartments
- Convert telephone traffic to appointments
- Tour community with prospective residents
- Send thank-you notes to prospective residents
- Pre-qualify applicants
- Review pending applications to be submitted for approval
- Notify applicants on status of application
- Move-in new residents.
- Review all necessary paperwork with the new resident
- Accept payment as pre-determined by Assistant Manager
- Understand and complete all lease paperwork in an accurate and timely manner (including applications and credit checks)
- Deliver move-in gifts and walk units prior to move-in
- Issue keys
- Renew current resident leases
- Notify residents regarding lease expiration and determine the length of the new lease
- Review new lease terms with resident
- Move-out vacating residents
- Complete all necessary move-out paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
- Retrieve all keys, passes, etc. from resident
- Clearly and effectively assist current residents with concerns and needs to minimize resident problems in a professional manner
- Maintain positive resident relations
- Attend resident functions unless directed otherwise by supervisor
- Other general office duties such as opening and/or closing the office, typing, filing, answering phones, and assisting with weekly reports
- Complete quality control procedures as directed by supervisor
- Perform additional duties, responsibilities or projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Leasing experience preferred
- Sales/customer service experience accepted
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors
- Self-motivated, exhibit a positive personality, and be sales motivated
- Conduct yourself in a professional, neat, and well-groomed manner always
- Walking up and down stairs to show apartments to prospective residents

Responsibilities :
- Generate new customer sales for TDS by knocking on residential doors and engaging prospects at community events. Present and sell Internet, TV, Voice, and Mobile services, answer questions, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of activity and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth installation and excellent customer experience.
- Travel to other markets to support DFN launches and increase penetration rates and developing relationships with local partners.
- 1+ years of direct (door to door) sales experience.
- Must be eligible for a seller's permit and/or solicitors license as required by market.

Drive profitable store sales by fostering a customer care culture through practicing and using effective retail sales skills utilizing the Total Customer Experience Model
Develop professional business relationships with other Associates, Host, and Doctor
Fill ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions and fit and adapt lenses and frames, including but not limited to the following:
Utilizing optical prescription, evaluate prescription in conjunction with customer's visual requirements
Recommend specific lenses, lens coatings, and frames to suit customer needs
Assist customers in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements and prescription
Conduct measurements of bridge and eye size, temple length, vertex distance, pupillary distance, and optical centers using appropriate tools
Ensure high quality through accurate measurements, correct pricing, and realistic delivery time quotes
Maximize Managed Vision Care relationships and sales opportunities as measured by:
Effective plan administration and local service
Improvements in average transaction
Locally initiated plans
Assist with the timely implementation of approved Marketing programs by the execution of marketing programs and initiatives
Ensure positive and productive host relationships through Host participation, support, and satisfaction measured by Patient Satisfaction Surveys

Responsibilities:
* Greet customers warmly and provide information about bird products in an engaging manner
* Process transactions accurately using cash registers or other equipment
* Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment in accordance with company policies
* Maintain an awareness of product inventory to aid customers in making informed purchasing decisions
* Up-sell additional merchandise by highlighting product features
* Keep the checkout area clean and organized
