Oversees back of house operational functions: omni/fulfillment, receiving, shipping, inventory, management, stockroom organization and standards and markdown/markup execution

Executes customer fulfillment across all (omni) channels leveraging all services (BOPIS, SFS, STS, home delivery, installation) to ensure method used meets customer's needs while maintaining profitability and the image of the Brand

Models, trains and coaches individual productivity and performance related to fulfillment, BOPIS/Design Crew conversion, processing, packing and stockroom standards

Manages shipping and processing stations, product staging areas and supplies to ensure efficient receipt and packing of incoming and outgoing merchandise

Performs routine audits and reconciliations (UPS, DIAR, markdown) and establishes daily disciplines to eliminate loss/shrink (lost cartons, mis pics, MOS, returns, RTV)

Maintains an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect, in accordance with our people first philosophy

Effective communication, organization and leadership skills. Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples

Employment/promotion to this role will be contingent on successful completion of a background check

1-3 years retail sales experience with management experience preferred

1-2 years home related or specialty experience preferred (design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities)

Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time

Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques

Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business.

Part-time flex associates must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, including two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and two during the week (Monday to Friday). Associates must be available for annual inventory and entire holiday season (November and December). Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days (Saturday and Sunday).

Summary of the position:

This position is responsible for all incoming phone calls and emails from end users, technicians and other company personnel relating to requests for service. Key functions will include reviewing, reconciling, processing, and closing out field service and shop operations jobs / projects. Further, will support scheduling projects and service technician assignments. Goal is to facilitate the closing jobs through collection of required information from service technicians or elsewhere, to ensure invoicing is completed in an expeditious and timely manner.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for answering incomingcalls to the service department.
• Handle internal and external customerinquiries as they pertain to specific work orders, jobs,projects
• Prepare servicequotes based on internal and external customer needs
• Scheduling ServiceTechnicians for servicejobs and projectswith a goal to achieve85% billable rate or higher.
• Scheduling servicevisits to ensure we meet our PM Agreement commitments.
• Coordination of the calls with the customers verbally and throughemail on a continuous basisto ensure we are meeting the customer's expectations, and they remain informed as projects and service jobs progress
• Responsible for closingfield service and shop jobs / projects:
• Capturing ALL requiredinformation (service labor hours, parts consumed, costing)for each service/ shop job
• Reconciling work ordersagainst actual costs
• Submitting completed work orders to accounting for processing of invoices
• Assist scheduling field and shop technicians to specific jobs or projects
• Input work order data into ERP system
• Track assigned projects– ensure completedtimecards, work orders are submittedfrom technicians in a timely manner
• Work with Parts Coordinators to determine costingand availability of outsourced parts in order to quote and schedule work
• All other dutiesas required to support superiorcustomer satisfaction

Market Float Pool RNs are scheduled in accordance with the Staffing and Scheduling- Nursing, RN Floating - Healthy Workplace Environment (HWE) and Attendance policies. Requirements of RN unit based, facility based, or system based pools are based on which pool they are in.

Resource and Non-RN Resource Pool RN's are required to work the following:

Hours per Pay Period:

Full Time:Minimum of 36 hours per week. 4 weekend shifts per scheduling cycle (28 days)

PRN:Based on Tier Level Agreement

Holiday Requirements:

Full Time/PRN:Two Major and Two Minor holidays for the year.

Floating:

Market Float Pool employees will be required to float to all Las Palmas Del Healthcare System Facilities. Market Float Pool Nurses will be scheduled in units in which they have competencies. Market Float Pool Nurse can be placed in a unit below their competency level.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage. What you will do in this role:

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
