Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer Mule Vehicle Triage (E/E) to support our OEM customer in Novi, MI with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and issue resolution on Mule and early prototype vehicles.
This role is and requires strong hands-on experience with in-vehicle networks, data logging, and triage processes.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in vehicle communication networks, the use of Vector tools, and data logging systems, and is able to work independently onsite with the customer.
Key Responsibilities
Onsite Mule Vehicle Triage & Issue Resolution
- Perform structured troubleshooting of electrical and electronic issues
- Isolate and analyze faults in vehicle EE systems
- Support quick restoration of vehicle functionality
Vehicle Network Analysis & Diagnostics
- Work with CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Automotive Ethernet (incl. DoIP)
- Perform communication checks, trace analysis, and bus monitoring
Data Logging & Configuration
- Set up, configure, and operate various data loggers
- Validate logger configuration and evaluate recorded data
- Provide initial analysis and recommendations
Vector Tools & Hardware Operation
- Use CANoe, CANalyzer, and other Vector toolchain applications
- Operate Vector hardware modules (VN, VT, VX series)
- Run restbus simulations, trace evaluations, and diagnostics
General EE Technical Support
- Support flashing, coding, and update procedures (basic knowledge)

Brief Description
Responsible for the delivery of assigned projects to planned cost and timing requirements. Obtain customer sign off for the project and handover to SIC service with all punch list items closed. Act as the single point of communication for all items relating to the project and follow up on open items until they are resolved. Provide regular updates to SIC management.
Key Responsibilities
· Participate in the review of project RFQ’s and provide input to project estimating as required.
· Attend project “kick off” meetings and ensure handover of all information from Sales to project management.
· Distribute customers specifications, standards, buy off protocols, and other supporting documentation to team members.
· Create and maintain project timing plan in MS project.
· Establish project budget plan and manage spend within agreed item values.
· Report budget and timing, actual and forecast to complete, and identify any areas of risk in a timely manner.
· Together with the sales manager, manage PO amendments and change requests.
· With input from engineering write specifications for third party services or scope of supply.
· Review supplier quotations against specification and make recommendations for selection
· Arrange and manage; project review meetings, buy off meetings, site visits and other meetings with the project team, customers, suppliers and affiliates.
· Take meeting minutes, create open issues lists and follow up on actions to get resolution.
· Act as the single point of communication between the customer and the project team.
· Distribute all current or relevant information to interested parties and maintain issue control.
· Provide manpower plan and regular updates to SIC field service coordinator and lease with affiliates and sub-contractors for additional manpower as required.
· Coordinate site set up, delivery and start of installation with customer, Schuler site manager and logistics dept.
· Attend site regularly to monitor progress and provide support to SIC site manager, following up on any open issues as required.
· Manage buy off process and obtain customer sign off.
· Create and punch list and close out open items in a timely manner.
· Ensure that all training, documentation, spare parts lists, warranty details etc. are complete and handed over to SIC service.
· At the conclusion of each project conduct a TGR/TGW review and capture the learning
Job Specific Competencies
· Experience with corporate business operations software is a must; SAP knowledge is highly preferred.
· Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
· Experience in Capital Equipment, such as presses.
Education and Professional Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline and 5+ years of related experience.
· PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.

What You Will Achieve
- Own all store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), store operations, stock level/inventory, and visual merchandising guidelines.

Position Summary
As a Sales Executive / Territory Account Manager at Neilsoft, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of clients within a defined territory. Position Summary
The Rebate Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of customer rebate programs within the DRiV Aftermarket business unit, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with business objectives. This role is pivotal in driving profitability, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting commercial teams with financial insights that enhance decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of rebate programs, including planning, implementation, validation, and reconciliation of rebates with suppliers and customers.
- Manage monthly accruals, reporting, and analysis of rebate activity to ensure timely and accurate financial recognition.
- Review and negotiate rebate agreements, terms, and conditions to maximize business benefit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, pricing, product, and legal, to ensure rebate programs support strategic business objectives.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhanced rebate tracking and reporting.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of rebate agreements, approvals, and communications for audit readiness.
- Provide insights to management on trends, rebate program performance, and potential risks impacting financial outcomes.
- Support financial planning by providing accurate rebate forecasts and budget inputs.
- Train and mentor team members on rebate processes, policies, and systems as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in rebate management, financial analysis, or pricing programs within a distribution, aftermarket, or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience with supplier rebates, customer incentive programs, and financial systems.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and influence decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Role
Birdstop is entering a phase of rapid commercial expansion and this role will play a critical part in that. You will be responsible for closing revenue opportunities with both new and existing clients. You will be building assets and having discussions that not only service Birdstop clients and regulators, but also set how the industry itself evolves. You will work closely with the CEO, sales, marketing, and implementation on client engagements as well as building the systems and processes to grow the go-to-market organization.
Candidate
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running on enterprise sales to new customers. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of outbound driven sales. Experience driving deals to closing and shortening sales cycles are highly valued. Existing knowledge of the industries we sell into and the technologies we deploy will be preferred. The candidate must be highly responsive and fast to act (measured in minutes and hours) on customer and regulator requests for information. Ability to produce written deliverables quickly and succinctly is a must in this role. The candidate must be able to meet unprecedented problems head on, make sound judgements, and act quickly.
Key Responsibilities

- Achieve or exceed revenue targets and sales quotas.
- Continuously monitor and report on sales pipeline and business development activities.
- Translate customer and regulator needs into actionable work items.
- Ensure work items are feasible from engineering and regulatory perspectives.
- Support on content about Birdstop, including but not limited to case studies, social media posts, website content, and press articles.
Basic Requirements
- 4+ years working in enterprise sales in a fast-growing nimble organization.
- Experience closing deals independently and quickly.
- Familiarity with negotiation of enterprise contracts.
- Strong written communication skills and actual enjoyment of writing.
- Ability to meet rapid timelines and communicate any deviations to timeline expediently.
- Experience as the point person for company presentations, financial models, and other key company materials.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in written and oral communication with English.
- Work authorization in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Ability to work from Birdstop’s headquarters in Detroit, Michigan.

- Experience working in the sensors and/or unmanned systems domain.

Compensation Range
$75,000 - $95,000 Base + Commissions
