POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the EVP of Supply Chain, the Director of Supply Chain Data Science & Analytics serves as a strategic partner across Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Operations, Sourcing and Procurement.

This role leads the development and execution of end-to-end supply chain analytics, systems, and data strategies that enable informed decision-making across sourcing, procurement, inventory, and service. Acting as a central leader, this position drives visibility, alignment, and performance across the supply chain to achieve service, cost, and working capital objectives.

The Director will also manage a team of analysts, guiding their work, development and contribution to support Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Operations, Sourcing and Procurement.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supply Chain Analytics & Strategy

This role is responsible for developing strong relationships with referral sources that will generate client referrals for home care services. The ideal candidate for the Sales Professional position has a proven track record of generating new business in the home care industry or in the healthcare or senior care industry and has established relationships that can start generating new business immediately.

Sales Professional Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plan to meet business development goals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, home health agencies, hospices, physicians' offices, fiduciaries, etc.
  • Complete daily face-to-face sales call with referral sources for purposes of generating business leads
  • Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities

Required Skills and Experience

The Senior Community Banker is focused on acquiring, growing, and retaining a large client base of key business relationships, along with cross selling the bank's other business lines in community markets through a relational business development plan. Bankers in this position are expected to manage a portfolio, with an average loan size of less than $5M.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Strategic focus on small and mid-size commercial client activity through relational selling as a trusted advisor role to assist them in recognizing opportunities and risks while helping them accomplish their goals through their use of Simmons Bank's products and services.
  • Establishes and negotiates the terms under which commercial credit will be extended including cost, risk, and profitability determining the method, schedule and collateral requirements.
  • Responsible for deposit and loan growth.
  • Well trained on identifying and referring SBA opportunities.
  • Reviews and analyzes financial information to determine a customer's creditworthiness.
  • May present recommendations to loan committee and exhibits a deep understanding of credits presented.

  • Monitor loan repayment activities, the collection of past due accounts, and credit and collateral deficiencies.
