As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving store performance, developing talent, and creating an engaging in-store environment that keeps customers coming back.


What You'll Do

• Drive store sales and exceed performance goals

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team

• Manage daily store operations, inventory, and merchandising

• Recruit, train, and mentor Assistant Managers, Managers in Training, and Sales Associates

• Partner with the District Sales Manager to execute business strategies

• Deliver outstanding customer service and a premium shopping experience

• Protect company assets and maintain operational excellence


What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of retail management experience

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Passion for customer service and retail operations

• Ability to analyze business trends and drive results

• Experience in footwear or athletic apparel retail is a plus
