As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your store’s success — leading sales, operations, people, and culture.

You’ll:

• Drive store sales, KPIs, and overall profitability
• Lead the entire customer experience from the floor to the finish line
• Analyze performance (sales, conversion, UPT, payroll, shrink) and take action
• Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Assistant Managers, MITs, and Sales Associates
• Execute visual, merchandising, and promotional initiatives
• Partner with your District Sales Manager to execute business strategies
• Protect company assets through strong inventory and shrink control practices
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and staffing to meet business needs
• Represent Hibbett in your local community and build brand presence

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of retail leadership experience
• Knows how to drive KPIs and grow a business
• Loves developing people and building strong teams
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment
• Has a passion for sneakers, sports, and customer experience
• Can analyze business performance and take action
• Brings strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Bonus points if you have experience in footwear or athletic apparel retail.
