Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative is the single point of contact for all project quotations and works directly with sales representatives and external customers. They work with Lane Sales Representatives to prepare new project quotations, prepare quotation revisions, assist in the pricing approval process, enter new planning projects, perform contact management/maintenance, and distribute submittal packages/product information upon request. The Inside Sales Representative is also responsible for communicating with other Departments as needed, providing various reporting as needed, and performing other administrative duties as assigned or needed.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Works directly with customers and in conjunction with Sales Representatives to build and maintain good customer relationships leading to profitable orders for Lane's products.
- Provides sales assistance qualifying customer calls, obtaining appropriate and complete project information, reviewing project plans, and producing material take offs. As necessary, contact general contractors to obtain bidders list and bid results.
- Develop quotes, review orders for clarity and accuracy, prepare submittals, estimate delivery dates.
- As directed, and within guidelines, handle maintenance bids, dealer relations, accessory products (e.g., fabric, gabions, gates, trash racks, etc.).
- Use information system to check availability; have working knowledge of production, scheduling and shipping practices and procedures.
- As necessary, coordinate inter-company orders.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Lane's products, product information, specifications and pricing guidelines.
- Handle all contacts in a professional manner. Maintain and promote harmonious working relationships among office, plant and sales personnel.
- Perform work in a professional, timely and accurate manner.
- Develop customer base through cold calling, lead follow-ups, local sales calls, mailing and other market development techniques.
- Develop an understanding of the individual territory dynamics (i.e., customer relationships, pricing, competition, etc.)
Requirements Requirements:
- Experience with a Customer Relationship Management ( CRM ) System a plus.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers.

Pay Transparency:
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$69,000.00 - $117,530.00This reflects base salary.
This position is subject to incentive compensation, where the expected pre-tax Target Cash Opportunity ("TCO") for this position is based on the achieved sales and in the amount/range of,
$98,600.00 - $167,900.00Actual Pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and eligible geographic location.
TCO is defined as Base Salary + Target Sales Incentive (Sales Incentive eligible role only).

SUMMARY: The Electrician must have well-rounded industrial electrical skills, and knowledge of set-up and repair of a broad range of production equipment, AC/DC drives PLCs, & relay logic. Quad in Chalfont, PA is seeking an Ink Jet Operator. The main duty entails overseeing the setup and operation of all Ink Jet equipment associated with Converting press operations. This involves not only conducting routine tasks but also performing basic maintenance and repairs on the Ink Jet equipment. We are excited to announce a Key Holder position for our MANGO King of Prussia store located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania!
Key Responsibilities:
Guarantee the best customer experience within the store providing all the support that customers might need. To achieve this, it will be key to possess good product and fashion knowledge, positive attitude and the will to make customers feel at home.
Ensure that the standards of the shopfloor are spotless: product well replenished and that the store clean, tidy and merchandised in an attractive way in order to maximize sales and offer the experience that our customers deserve. In terms of security standards, either in fitting rooms, stockrooms, shopfloor, or cash desk, they must be adhered to.
While working at the cash desk, Key Holder are expected to process all register transactions in a smooth, efficient, and accurate way to ensure that the last part of the experience in the store is enjoyable and satisfactory for the customer while ensuring that all the policies and procedures are followed strictly.
When working in the stockrooms, Key Holder are expected to participate in all objectives related with operations of the back areas including: delivery, replenishment, transfers in & out, maintenance of the standards of the stockroom, inventories and keeping the area clean, tidy and organized.
Key Holder Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store, ensuring all security procedures are followed.
- Handle cash management responsibilities, including deposits and safe counts.
- Lead by example in customer service, sales, and store operations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD), taking charge of store operations, team support, and customer experience during assigned shifts.
- Drive personal sales performance while actively contributing to team selling and overall store goals.

The Customer Service Representative is an entry-level role responsible for delivering high-quality customer support to NEI members, event attendees, and customers. This detail-oriented and highly motivated individual will serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to event registration, memberships, continuing education (CE) certificates, and product sales.
In addition to customer-facing responsibilities, this role provides administrative support across departments, assisting with CRM management, activity setup, and knowledge base administration. The ideal candidate possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and an interest in the neuroscience and psychiatry education industry.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Member Support
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails related to event registration, memberships, CE certificates, and product sales.
- Process registrations, membership applications, renewals, and product orders within the customer database/CRM system.
- Manage individual and group memberships, including account customization and updates for academic institutions and teaching hospitals.
- Proactively encourage membership renewals and deliver an exceptional member experience.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Solicit and respond to customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
Administrative & Cross-Functional Support
- Set up CE activities within the CRM system.
- Assist the Marketing team with email deployments using Campaigner.
- Support the Meetings team with on-site event registration.
- Assist the Sales team with Map Your Show software management.
- Maintain and update internal Knowledge Base documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to department heads as needed.
- Travel up to four times annually, including support for NEI Spring and Fall meetings.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Neuroscience or a related scientific discipline preferred).
- Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ACCME or continuing education accreditation processes is a plus – not necessary.
